Great surprise to find this place. It's a gas station so I put gas, I was kinda hungry so I went to the convenience store inside and surprise!...they have a sandwich shop! The cutest girl that called me 'sweetie' a bunch made me the best sandwich ever!..then while walking out I noticed it was a liquor store too! Whaaaà!? I love Colorado Springs!

The food is always good but never ready when I get there when I order online. One staff member says the register doesn't notify them when they receive a new order. The staff are always super nice and hustle to make my food when I get there.

I absolutely love pita pit but Springs locations all close way way too early... I don’t even get off work till 7pm and they are already closed. what happened to pita pit being open till 1am? you are missing the bulk of your customers both downtown and college students... poor marketing strategy to close during peek hours... I used to work at downtown pita pit way back in the day when the Murphy’s owned it, lunch and dinner were sooooo busy, we’d do 3-4K a day easy, just been ran into ground since then. Food not cooked properly & poor store hours is a recipe for bankruptcy. Crave pita pit all the time but you are always closed during dinner/late night hours so I never get to patron, I bet I’m not the only one...

Ordering through DoorDash, UberEats etc? Be aware that the older lady that works here manage to cancel those deliveries and delivers the food herself. Kinda shady in my opinion, who does that? Drivers ride all the way to this place and using time and gas and they being told that somebody else has taking the order. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Showed up, and the person working the counter is nowhere to be found. Waited for a solid 5 mins before I tried to go through the drive through -- maybe they just couldn't hear me? Nope, no service even at the drive through. All the food laid out inside, totally ready, but nobody working. Can't recommend this place, and mgmt should probably talk to their staff, or be replaced themselves.
My first time eating at pita pit. Excellent experience. Ordered via drive thru, on a Monday around 1PM. The chicken pesto (double chicken's worth the extra $$), was delicious and packed full!! I Could only eat half, so pita was both my lunch and dinner. ;) By far, the best pita I've ever had. The wait was about 12 mins, service was great and workers were very friendly. I'll definitely be back. ☆☆☆☆☆

Ordered here for thr first time and won't be doing it again. Got our order completely wrong and had attitude wheb husband went to pick it up like it was a bother to them. On top of that the pita we did get fell apart and were stuck to the paper. I will not return.

Don't get me wrong. The small amount of food that was delivered was good. But, 9 bucks for a gyro sandwich that had 1 strip of meat in it was quite annoying. 4 dollars for 1 (maybe) pita with a very small portion of hummus? Like I said though. The hummus was good and fresh, same with the finger sammich. But, I am actually hungrier now than before I ordered. Be careful when ordering.
