why the hell did I order from here and I didnt tip them because im low on money and here's what I got. im so pissed never going here again ever. terrible

Stop using Doordash. Your delivery driver argued with my dad who has stage four bone cancer about our door code. No handle very clearly means no code. It's not hard to deliver food and be nice about it.

The place was great and I talked to the owner of this location briefly about an order I was picking up for delivery. I don't know if he was the owner but due to how professional and passionate he seemed then he must have been. If he wasn't then he should be because that was a man of integrity. He cared about the pizza baking right and getting to the customer HOT. I respect that.

Best Pizza Hut I've ever been to in my life and I've been to a lot of locations.

Not a lot of room to dine in if you were to do that but this location MORE than makes up for it with integrity and customer service! Top notch and I don't say that about many places. 20 stars out of 5.

I placed my order online said it would be ready in 25-30 minutes. After an hour I called the store directly and the person that answered said oh you owe .17 cents so the driver never picked it up. Excuse me? I paid it online with my credit card, of your driver's are just too lazy to drive one mile then don't offer delivery! I'm still waiting on my FULL REFUND! It's like customer service is extinct and I refuse to give my money to lazy liars

Done with this location. They have no clue how to make a pan pizza/personal pan. Everytime it taste and looks like hand-tossed...not the buttery, airy, greasy, crisp crust that I want.

Some of the best tasting pizza and wing I have had in a long time. My pizza was delivered with wings but the 2 liter Pepsi was not and the door dash driver said he was sorry but couldn't do anything. So We called the pizza hut we ordered from and the manager took it upon herself and brought the soda to house. Above and beyond. I just wanted people to know the pizza hut on galley is the best one in the springs and we will definitely order from them again. Thank you.

My meal totaled 29 and some change, after the taxes, retail delivery fee and the other delivery fee, I paid 39$ plus the 8 dollar tip. Paying nearly 20$ to just get my food delivered is crazy. And Pizza Hut didn’t actually deliver it, it was a door dasher.

Worst experience ever....website doesn't work, pizza delivered ice cold, delivery driver delivered to wrong address and let my neighbors dogs out of their yard and didn't care that he did it and because I saw what he did I went and put her dogs back so that nothing would happen to them and then he handed me cold pizzas! When calling the store to report this they acted like because of corporate changes it happens and didn't seem to care one bit. Will never order from Pizza Hut again!! Worst pizza chain ever and it didn't use to be that way!! I consider customer service to be so important!!
So a follow up to my review....filled out a survey about the horrible experience I had and needless to say they acted like it wasn't their problem or their fault even though the pizza was cold and they are the ones you use third party delivery drivers.....not my choice. Worst customer service ever they have gone downhill in the past years and I encourage all, there are way better options than Pizza Hut!!!!
