It pizza hut for gods sake. It is what it is. My pickup order through app was hot and ready. Greeted with freindly smile and received order quick. It was a no hassle experience. Will order from this location next time wife craves a greasy delicious pie

Some of the best tasting pizza and wing I have had in a long time. My pizza was delivered with wings but the 2 liter Pepsi was not and the door dash driver said he was sorry but couldn't do anything. So We called the pizza hut we ordered from and the manager took it upon herself and brought the soda to house. Above and beyond. I just wanted people to know the pizza hut on galley is the best one in the springs and we will definitely order from them again. Thank you.

My meal totaled 29 and some change, after the taxes, retail delivery fee and the other delivery fee, I paid 39$ plus the 8 dollar tip. Paying nearly 20$ to just get my food delivered is crazy. And Pizza Hut didn’t actually deliver it, it was a door dasher.

Worst experience ever....website doesn't work, pizza delivered ice cold, delivery driver delivered to wrong address and let my neighbors dogs out of their yard and didn't care that he did it and because I saw what he did I went and put her dogs back so that nothing would happen to them and then he handed me cold pizzas! When calling the store to report this they acted like because of corporate changes it happens and didn't seem to care one bit. Will never order from Pizza Hut again!! Worst pizza chain ever and it didn't use to be that way!! I consider customer service to be so important!!
So a follow up to my review....filled out a survey about the horrible experience I had and needless to say they acted like it wasn't their problem or their fault even though the pizza was cold and they are the ones you use third party delivery drivers.....not my choice. Worst customer service ever they have gone downhill in the past years and I encourage all, there are way better options than Pizza Hut!!!!

I had an issue with one of the pizzas on my delivery tonight and called the store about it. The gentleman who answered, I think his name was Malik, immediately apologized and offered to make it right, no questions asked. They managed to remake and redeliver it within about a half an hour on a Friday night, and the second pie was perfect. Mistakes happen, and I was very happy with the prompt and professional customer service. The delivery driver (I didnt catch his name) also apologized when he delivered the remake, which was very much appreciated. Thanks guys!

Good pizza. Horrendous customer service.Tried to call in an order because I prefer them over Domino's usually. The woman who picked up the phone would not let me complete a single sentence, kept talking over me/finishing my sentence with incorrect information and assumptions. Gave up after a couple minutes and ordered Domino's instead.

We went to get a dinner box and they were out of dough and would not substitute the pies. It was a pain in the butt. The chick that was working wasn't very helpful.

I work there the management is great the employee are great ,but truth of matter is that their ingredients are awesome and great tasting...
And expensive as we all know ! I just feel that sometimes we rush as personal and the pizza is not properly cared for....I would say Pizza Hut is the king of pizza still !! The gourmet pizza places are more expensive we can entertain our company by staying with us. Pizza Hut!!

Ordered online, but pizza not ready when I got there. Employee said 6 more minutes. I waited and waited and no pizza. I walked over and saw a pizza in the warming oven. I asked a young man if that was my pizza and he gave it to me.
While the pizza was good, I felt someone should have let me know the pizza was ready.
In fairness, I think they might have been doing some training that night and so they forgot about me.
But incidences like this leave an unfavorable image of the business.

Otherwise, I will say that the employees at this Pizza Hut are very friendly and polite, and I always go to this Pizza Hut.

Wheelchair accessibility: You can park handicapped in front of the building and walk right in. All in the same level.

Good morning beautiful people of Colorado Springs. As we all know, Pizza is always on the list of food to eat and enjoy. We can hardly ever go wrong with a great Pizza. We all have been to Pizza Hut and have either liked or didn't like it. My experience at this particular Pizza Hut was awesome. The cashier was so beautiful in spirit and customer service. Offered her very best. What I mean by this is her "SMILE". It said and meant more than even she could possibly imagine. She was warm and comforting. Just her demeanor allowed me to know that I was being offered her full undivided attention and service. My family and myself went to our car to wait until the pizza was done and afterwards, she came out to our car..and delivered it nice and hot with napkins and paper plates..ALL WHILE SMILING WITH THAT GORGEOUS SMILE. So much gratitude. This is when you know that a person loves their job and has a wonderful disposition. Even if you have a bad day and maybe your food is not quite right..meeting people like this makes it all worth the time..money..and efforts. Sometimes it's not about the money.. it's about how a person values another human being and respect. We certainly got that respect and some. We all can learn something just by showing kindness and love to one another. To the woman who works here as a cashier..THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. To the Manager who hired this person/Woman..God bless and to the staff..thank you for the dedication and great customer service. God bless you all as well. My pizza was done to perfection. I live off of Barnes and Tutt..but I will come here for my Pizza needs. I'm ever thankful and grateful.
