I ordered my pizza online. It was delivered by a Door Dash Delivery Driver. I don't use door dash because they don't vet their drivers. Also, Pizza Hut didn't tell me it wasn't being delivered by a door dash driver instead of a hired and vetted Pizza Hut driver! If I wanted to use Door Dash, then I would order through their app! Also, the pizza didn't taste good. It's time for this location to get some new management!!! The Domino's on Prominent point is really good. Give them a try.

Beware if you order pizza with any vegetables; because it might be spoiled. I had to drink strong drink to kill the bacteria in my gut. Now I see why there is another pizza restaurant across the street. And they wonder why their ratings is lower than others.

I placed a delivery. I order one personal pan along with a small sausage. My credit card was charged. The person that took my order was rude and I did not receive what I ordered. I received two personal pan size pizza. She was very rude on the phone and I'm not planning on ordering from the N union store.

I just placed an order that this restaurant on 5:44pm on 02/14/25 and called to have cheese added. I explained that I just wanted to add extra cheese and wanted to add it to another card. She then canceled my entire order and now I must wait for a refund. She was extremely rude and every refused to give out her name. I will never order a pizza from this location if that pizza huts leadership. I am requesting a formal call from a corporate staff member so she can be investigated because I can't imagine I'm the only person who thought her behavior was disgusting. Thank you

I just called to order pizza at 3:30 for the super bowl party at 4:30. She told me it would be about 35 min and informed me that I should have placed an order earlier. Even though I told her 35 min. would be fine. Then she immediately told me that it was now going to be 30-60 mins. And then she was still letting me know that she was upset for my order and told me that we were going to have to wait 90 min. I understand that they are busy, but they should have prepared for the super bowl and not given the attitude.

I ordered a large pizza & an order of cheese sticks for carry out, on the app. After several failed deliveries from a different location, we’ve been getting carry out from this location for several months with consistently good pizza. Yesterday, that was not the case. Sadly, the cheese sticks were the best part of the meal. The pizza crust was barely done. The bottom was very pale & when you picked up the slice out of the box it folded at the stuffed crust line & the toppings nearly slid off. I’m thankful I got light sauce, I don’t believe the crust wouldn’t have handled any more. It was really a disappointing pizza, that we didn’t eat. We had cheese sticks for dinner at the cost of $38.
The foods decent just liked you’d expect from a Pizza Hut but the fact that they literally charge 2 dollars for Parmesan cheese now is ridiculous and absolutely penny pinching.
