This is just to highlight the professionalism and courteous attitude of Kenzie the shift manager on 13 Feb 2025. Her ability to multitask and handle stressful situations was beyond reproach. She handled the calls quite nicely and front with smile and consistently extending apologies for the wait. For a young manager like her to be able to handle the 30 plus door dashers lined up and the calls and back was a testament to her resolve and absolute confidence as a leader.

I left the job because of lack of hours and no communication when he said when I applied “I like communication and give it all the time” never once communicated with me when I needed him to. He’s saying I call off all the time which I don’t, I got sick and had doctors notes. I’ve only called off once without a note.

I placed my order, I waited for an hour. I called the store and was told my order had been cancelled due to weather. I asked if they planned on calling me to tell me and they said they lost my receipt with my information so they were waiting for me to call. I was told to order elsewhere prior by coworkers but I didn't listen. That's my fault.

They make you pay a tip before you’re done ordering. Yet every time I’ve ordered from here they have messed up my order. Save your time and money and go off post. This place expects a tip for bad service.
The crew and the drivers are awesome. I honestly believe that they are very underappreciated because even during snowstorms and slick roads, they are always available to make the food and make deliveries for you when you need them the most after a late night at the field. Never had a problem with them and very nice.

I'm usually a pizza hut only guy but the workers here make pizza hut garbage. Sauce is bad, workers take too long to get to a customer literally just picking up a pizza. I've seen them talking in the back and move further back to ignore me. Lazy workers. Just go to dominos and take your money/tips elsewhere
