My pizza was undercooked. When I tried.to take it back on Valentines day a holiday of all days. The manager working woukd barely even listen to my complaint. She started insisting she wasn't going to do "anything" about it. All I wanted was for it to be re-made or a refund. Due to the pizza not even being fully cooked, and she walked away refusing to help me. As I see other people have complained about her as well. The manager was also Brittany. Seeing this many complaints online againt your gm as a company has to be embarrassing. She is extreemly unprofessional.

Ordered a pizza with no cheese, very clearly stated on my receipt. Was told no, it doesn't say that so Brittany would not remake. Can't post a picture but all she had to do was read the receipt. 1/30/25

To begin, i placed an order for delivery and they forgot my drink. No big deal, I'll call and they'll fix it. No, that would be the right thing to do. Instead, the alleged manager Simone told me she wasn't going to fix their mistake AND she hung up on me. I call later that day, speak to Brittney on the phone. She tells me, "I heard about you today" and proceeds to also not take my new order and hang up on me. Not only did they forget my drink, the pizza itself was horrible. Nothing about my experience here and the food I received was worth it. $33.32 to not eat pretty much. The single worst Pizza Hut franchise out there.

My honey BBQ wings were very tough to chew, and when I called in to complain, they said there was nothing Pizza Hut could do, I spent $68 and change, the personal pizza was good, my husband garlic/parm wings were.cooked to perfection, it's just the Honey BBQ.wings they have trouble cooking. I will never buy from Pizza Hut on E Fillmore in Colorado Springs, Colorado again. I guess from now on I go with wingstop.

I ordered a pizza and some other things and the pizza was not good and they charge you for extra sauce in a small cup. I called and wanted to talk with the manager and she was rude and Petty !!! She cared less about correcting my order and fixing things right !!! She has no Business being a manger !!! Words to Describe her is Inconsiderate, Immature and Unprofessional !!! I will never order pizza from this place and I will tell others not to go there or order from there !!! In fact told 4 people and they will not go there or order from there !!! I only hope pizza hut gets some respectful people to work for them !!! Also pizzas and wings are over rated,high priced and greasy !!!
The pizza dough was so thin and crunchy didn’t even taste pizza dough more like card board. Then when I called the manager she said there’s nothing she can do about it. I will never order from there again.

A guy just delivered a pizza in my building at 5362 N. Nevada in Colorado Springs Colorado. He was parked in a handicap space that my mom uses. I waited outside for the guy to come back out and tell him my mom is circling the block to wait for him to move. He told me there was no where else to park. I told him this is illegal. He gave me the finger on his way out. I called his manager and was greeted with indifference. Can you address this please. The store is on fillmore in Colorado Springs Colorado

Worst Pizza Hut ever!! And I'm serious, rude lady that waited on us, a guy pushing a large trash bin with wheels, on the tile behind the counter, it was very, very loud, could not hear myself talk!! Food was OK but I've had much, much better at other PH's. The scrolling menu is very hard to read, I asked if they had a menu I could look at, at the counter, she pointed down to the counter where there was a well worn piece of copy paper menu! The 2 Tea containers next to the fountain drink machine had a hand written paper taped to them that said WATER, that was awful looking! Plus made no sense, water came out of the fountain machine. Don't plan on going back to this PH for a long time! The male working there brought us our food, he was polite. The only positive, the restaurant was clean!

Just got wings to carry out and they were god awful!!!!!!! Not to mention $30 for 12 wings. Then I called and told them my wings were swimming in 3 inches of sauce and they said that’s normal. They can’t give me my money back and can’t give me my full credit only $20 for next time. Brittany was the GM and told me $20 is the max I could get even though I spent $30. Wild. Avoid this location
