My pizza was undercooked. When I tried.to take it back on Valentines day a holiday of all days. The manager working woukd barely even listen to my complaint. She started insisting she wasn't going to do "anything" about it. All I wanted was for it to be re-made or a refund. Due to the pizza not even being fully cooked, and she walked away refusing to help me. As I see other people have complained about her as well. The manager was also Brittany. Seeing this many complaints online againt your gm as a company has to be embarrassing. She is extreemly unprofessional.

Ordered a pizza with no cheese, very clearly stated on my receipt. Was told no, it doesn't say that so Brittany would not remake. Can't post a picture but all she had to do was read the receipt. 1/30/25

To begin, i placed an order for delivery and they forgot my drink. No big deal, I'll call and they'll fix it. No, that would be the right thing to do. Instead, the alleged manager Simone told me she wasn't going to fix their mistake AND she hung up on me. I call later that day, speak to Brittney on the phone. She tells me, "I heard about you today" and proceeds to also not take my new order and hang up on me. Not only did they forget my drink, the pizza itself was horrible. Nothing about my experience here and the food I received was worth it. $33.32 to not eat pretty much. The single worst Pizza Hut franchise out there.
Absolutely worst experience i have had at a pizza hut. The GM has a heavy attitude. Cheese bread comes out burnt. Idk whats happend in the last two years but pizza hut as a company has gone way down hill

My honey BBQ wings were very tough to chew, and when I called in to complain, they said there was nothing Pizza Hut could do, I spent $68 and change, the personal pizza was good, my husband garlic/parm wings were.cooked to perfection, it's just the Honey BBQ.wings they have trouble cooking. I will never buy from Pizza Hut on E Fillmore in Colorado Springs, Colorado again. I guess from now on I go with wingstop.

I ordered a pizza and some other things and the pizza was not good and they charge you for extra sauce in a small cup. I called and wanted to talk with the manager and she was rude and Petty !!! She cared less about correcting my order and fixing things right !!! She has no Business being a manger !!! Words to Describe her is Inconsiderate, Immature and Unprofessional !!! I will never order pizza from this place and I will tell others not to go there or order from there !!! In fact told 4 people and they will not go there or order from there !!! I only hope pizza hut gets some respectful people to work for them !!! Also pizzas and wings are over rated,high priced and greasy !!!
