There is a worker with long curly frizzy hair, and no hair net , it’s gross his hair doesn’t look clean , I couldn’t eat my food kept looking for his hair droppings in my food ‘ won’t be back ever!

Actually, we dined in, had a delivered and I have to say after trying two other chains this last month Pizza Hut is still the best. I actually had pepperonis and cheese on my pizza for a change. Wow what a concept I don’t know why I ever tried any place else and the pan crust is absolutely the best. I love you Pizza Hut. Please don’t ever go away. !!!

Passed of delivery to DoorDash who place pizza box with no tamper proof sticker seal on box in only water puddle in porch. No one to take responsibility and no way to tell if food has been tampered with. Box partially opened in porch. Had to throw out food. This place has no standards.

Placed an order hours in advance, then was told at the time of delivery that it wouldn't be delivered for another hour due to snow. In Colorado. Seriously? The roads are clear. I get that their staff didn't bother showing up to work, but I asked to be compensated in some way because I have an office of staff waiting and I was told they would do nothing for me. Bonus: once it was delivered, my coworker just found a bright red hair in his pizza. Lovely. Do not recommend.
We ordered delivery from this location (9/2) and were woefully disappointed. First of all, Pizza Hut does not have good value. Spent twice as much as I would have at Domino’s and received the same amount of food. Wings are $2 a piece! Ordered 6 for $12. When our food was delivered (passed the estimated delivery time), the wing container was smashed like it had been sat on, pizza was lukewarm at best. Called to request a refund and was put on hold to speak to I assume the manager. Spoke to a female, who was quite rude. Requested a refund and was told we can’t do that. I asked what they could do and they offered to remake it. Being it was 9pm, I wasn’t about to wait another hour for 6 wings to be delivered. I contacted Pizza Hut online customer service to put in a complaint and have not been followed up with over a week later. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company and will never patronize them again.

Worst pizza I've ever had. I ordered the tavern style with double pepperoni and jalapeños. The pepperoni was almost non-existent, definitely not double pepperoni. Tried to reheat it the next day and it is inedible.
