Pizza Hut just really is bad now. The ingredients seem cheaper than Little Creasers but cost a lot more. Yum brands has destroyed this company with horrible pizza. Now they don't use their own drivers and instead use Doordash. Breadsticks are as hard as rocks. There is literally nothing redeeming about Pizza Hut. I'm never buying their pizza again. This is not after 1 time this a repeat thing of poor quality pizza. From frozen dough to cheap cheese and the cheapest topping they can buy.

I just got the driest pizza in the world Matt is the manager on shift he told me the sauce was all on the edges he apologized I asked him if he could make it a pan pizza because the hand tossed was so dry and flavorless he said he didn’t have any then he proceeded to just stare and look pathetic as if he didn’t know what to do if your in the food business customer satisfaction is important I will not be spending any more money at this location but Stetson hills NEVER DISSATISFIED TAKE SOME NOTES FROM THEM !!!!!

OMG!! I haven't had a Pizza Hut pan pizza in a good 15+ years and I'm so glad I did. It was amazing! Very friendly staff!

Manager went over and above to make sure that everything was good on my order. I always appreciate a phone call and an effort to make things perfect. The pizza was good, service fast and everything still at temperature. Thank you.
Choked down one slice and threw out the rest of a large I paid good money for.
This sentiment was agreed upon by the other 3 folk who got two other pizzas.
The sauce and hand-tossed crust were mealy and tasteless. The jalapeños on mine were wilted and dried out and the bacon non-existent. There were only 6 mushrooms on another pizza and maybe a half dozen banana peppers on a third.
Only reason we got Pizza Hut is because BlackJack was closed. Even the breadsticks were awful.
I've had Pizza Hut many times before, and it's passable when there aren't any better options, but this was just terrible. It was enough to make us never want to risk any Pizza Hut location again.
Also took almost an hour when the estimate was 14 minutes.
Edit: 3 of the 4 of us had significant GI distress several hours after eating.

Ordered two, thin crust pizzas for lunch today. They were about 30 minutes late, and neither pizza had ANY sauce, none. The only thing that actually tasted good, like Pizza Hut used to, was the pepperoni. Doubt that we will order from this location again, way too many bad reviews.

Both the workers that I dealt with were very nice and pleasant.
Kid-friendliness: Both the gentleman and the girl that helped me were very helpful and super nice and friendly.
