I don't know what other negative reviews are talking about. I've had a few orders, and PizzaHut is Definitely expensive, way to much to have a bad time so I get it. But my recent order was missing something on delivery from a Door dash driver. Like a Karen I called in a said if the Dasher came back in for my stuff and I had to tip THEM more.... What's up with that compensation!? They were so cool about the Missing items and making it right. Thursday night crew, female manager, good people and thank you for thE FOOD

I used to go here quite a bit as I worked over close to here. However, I moved over to the other side of town and only came here a couple times during COVID, always being depressed as the dining room was closed and really just used for storage. Fast forward and I had been hearing and seeing that Pizza Hut (finally) brought back a lunch buffet. As someone who grew up on a Pizza Hut buffet once a month or so I was excited to try it out!
Once I got here I was impressed as it had a more old school Pizza Hut look to it with tablecloths and of course the buffet. The pizza selection was a little lacking at first but was quickly changed out and kept up with. The servers (I think there were 3) were back and forth a lot between tables to take care of people. Overall the service was great, and environment brought be back and the pizza was good! The manager Chris even came to visit the table and we chatted for a bit, he was a nice guy and asked if there was anything he could get for us.
The only slight gripe I had was the price. I am a hut rewards member and typically shop the deals there. You can get quite a bit for $15-$20 at Pizza Hut considering they are on the chain/fast casual quality. So I was surprised that with a drink it was $16. However, I think it's a bit too high for what they are offering and considering the competition. For instance Golden Coral is very close and has considerably but selection + desert for roughly the same. Or HuHot down the road which is a step up in quality and selection. Even a couple years back Old Chicago was doing it I think for $12.
Considering the nostalgia, the good service, and the fresh pizza I didn't think it was a bad deal. And something I will support once and awhile. Just at $16+tip it's not the same value that spurs me on to go there too often.
I would say to the local team job well done, the local/regional ownership for supporting it as well. I hope it continues and was glad to go there and try it!

It felt so nostalgic walking into this Pizza Hut. The buffet was great, the pricing is very reasonable, about $15 for the buffet and a drink. The salad bar was nice. Luisa was definitely the best part though. She so welcoming and friendly, she took great care of us while we were there. We will definitely be back!

Ordered online for delivery with a 25-30 minute delivery time. I was given the option to pay via card or cash. I selected cash to pay the driver at the time of delivery. 30 minutes after stated delivery time, I called and was told "Oh you selected cash and door dash isn't allowing us to send out the pizza". I explained that I did not order through door dash and was told that they had no delivery drivers. So, basically my pizza had been ready for 30+ minutes and just sitting there and I was not contacted about this until I called them. Completely unacceptable!!!

Made an online order at 5:55PM and learned that the pizza was not being prepared until going in at 6:29PM. They gave out the pizza twice to the wrong person. Another time they made the wrong order. The whole order
took until 7:30 for them to get the order corrected and brought out on time. The service was atrocious and nothing was done right to make up for the incompetence from their end to do their job right.

I have ordered through the phone app for this store multiple times. Normally, I never had an issue. The last two times I ordered, they have used DoorDash to deliver it and both times forgot the drinks I ordered. The first time, I was able to call the store and get it resolved. They personally sent their driver to deliver my drinks. This time, I cannot get ahold of the store. The 719 number now routes to a call center. Every person I talked to kept putting me on a hold loop and I have been hung up on multiple times. All I want is to contact my local store, not a call center, about my order. I'm disabled and it is hard to drive when my back goes out. All I want is to have my order fixed and talk to someone who can actually help me.

Dear Franchise Owner,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your location. On 12/13/24, my order was mishandled in a way that shows a complete lack of care and professionalism.
First, despite placing my order, I found out that your team had forgotten to start preparing it. This resulted in my food not being started until 40 minutes after I initially placed the order, which was already unacceptable.
Then, after waiting patiently for my food to finally be ready, my order was given away to someone else—not once, but TWICE. This is an appalling lack of organization and customer care.
I wasted over two hours of my time, only to leave your store without the food I ordered and paid for. Mistakes happen, but the level of negligence I experienced is completely inexcusable.
I demand an explanation for how such poor service could occur, as well as information on the steps you plan to take to ensure this does not happen again. Additionally, I feel I am owed compensation for the time and frustration your store caused me, whether that be in the form of a refund, replacement meal, or store credit.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will escalate this issue to Pizza Hut corporate and leave detailed reviews on all platforms to inform others of the lack of professionalism at this location.
I hope to hear from you promptly to resolve this matter.

No longer a good value! The hut has lost me as a customer. I didn’t get what I ordered plus it was over a half hour late and cold!!! And when did a medium pizza and wing start costing over a $120 ????? I’m done
