Had decent luck with this branch, prompt delivery on 3 or 4 orders. Then an order simply never arrived. After 90 minutes, I called. They blamed their computer system, said the order was on the way and would arrive imminently. After 3 hours, I called again intending to request a refund, sat on hold for 10+ minutes (no-one ever picked up), then hung up and got on with my life. It seems this merchant requires an unusual level of commitment from its customers, you have to devote a great deal of time/effort in order to give them your business. At this point I will contact my credit card company, dispute the charge, and AVOID PIZZA HUT LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Would not honor an online coupon even though their online system is down and not letting me order. There are so many pizza places in this town it won't be an issue finding another

If you took a piece of toasted bread and poured some Ragu on it and then grapped some low quality cheese and put it on top. You would then put it in in the microwave for 3 minutes. That would be like modern Pizza Hut. It's like a _hit sandwich.

I have been regularly ordering here for about a year and a half. A few months ago they delivered an incorrect pizza. I called to let them know and they credited me $20 for a future order and apologized. Everyone makes mistakes, no problem. However, I tried to use my credit today and was told that the store credits are only good for one month. I wasn't told that and when I spoke with the manager, I got an another apology but no effort to correct their mistake. Not honoring your apology credit is just bad business, bad customer service, and bad policy. I'm taking my business to Domino's now.

Totally bummed!!! Cold late pizza and no remorse from the staff. Had them come pick it back up and refunded money. Hopefully they are just off tonight. If not its back to dominoes we go!!

I ordered a pizza today, I usually pick up what I order but today I asked for delivery based on past experience with this location. I placed my order online and an email confirmation came saying that my 6:13pm order would be delivered at 6:43pm. At 7:05pm I called Pizza Hut to advise them that I still had not received my order. Simon answered the phone and asked for my name and said they should have already been there and due to slick roads it must be taking longer. 30 minutes later I called again at 7:35pm stating I had called 30 minutes prior and still had not received my order. (Side note on a regular day it takes no more than 5 minutes to get to my house from this location) Simon again said my order was in transit. I then told Simon that this was my second time calling and that the first time he said it was in transit also but it never came. He then placed me on hold, came back and said that my card was declined and they tried to call me, odd being that I just got paid today and never received a phone call nor a message.. I asked why this wasn't mentioned 30 minutes ago when I called the first time and spoke to him?Avoiding the question he asked for my card number again. I gave him my card # and for a second time and he said it was declined again and just to call him back when I figure it out, I told him forget it and then placed my order with Domino's who were able to properly gather my card info and deliver my order at the time given. I will never take my business here ever again.

I went there for takeout. I appreciated the menu on the wall because I did not have my glasses. I liked my pizza but would have preferred a little less sauce and more cheese. I had a good time talking with the counter employee while my pizza was cooked.

Good, quick, fast service. If you order any bottles of soda on an online order, make sure you get it. They sometimes forget to give it to you, I almost walked out without my soda/pop (whichever you to prefer to call it), and what is pizza without a yummy carbonated drink to wash it down with? :b
