Monika is an excellent teacher and I learned how to cook some delicious, healthy meals for my family. I would like to invite her back to our home again in the future for another cooking class. Included with the class were the spices that I needed to replicate the meals that I learned how to cook. :)
I booked Monica's class for my daughter's birthday gift which was perfect as she is gluten and dairy free. We had an amazing time, and I cannot say enough about Monica. She was warm and inviting and the class was educational and fun. I would definitely book another cooking class with Monica in the future, and we are looking forward to attending the Indian Food Festival in August!
Monika is the best!! I absolutely LOVED our cooking class. We made such delicious recipes & I appreciate how Monika takes the time to share her experiences in the kitchen, explains the health benefits of each spice, provides an thorough recipe menu with instructions and demonstrates how timing when to add ingredients is important. She is so kind & really encourages everybody to participate, bringing out the best in each member of the group. I’m really looking forward...
