Staff was really nice, kept checking in on me while waiting for my order.
Ac seems like it needs service, pretty warm in there. I felt bad for the employees. They deserve AC while working that hard!
Food was underwhelming. Chicken tenders were dried out, room temp, chewy. Mashed potatoes were BOMB! Fries were less than average.

Was very hard to understand the worker through the speaker at times when reading back my order. They didn’t have Diet Coke and my wife wanted a large strawberry lemonade but they could only do small and it was room temperature at best. Worker didn’t tell me my total when taking my card. Wanted just a 12 piece family meal with 3 spicy tenders, 3 regular tenders, and the remaining 6 to just be regular thighs, legs, wings. But I got the 12 piece that was half spicy and half regular with an additional 3 piece tenders that weren’t good at all and were an additional $8. The biscuits were like crackers, Mac and cheese was almost not editable. I’m a big believer in finishing your food and not wasting anything but I couldn’t even take more than 3 bites of it. Only thing keeping this from a 1 star is the chicken being actually good.

I went up there at dinner time the chicken was not fresh terrible service at the window when I got home my order was not complete they didn't do anything about it

I ordered here 2x in the last month. My first order was missing a chicken sandwich so when I got home only my kids got to eat. On my most receive order the drive through lady tried to correct me on how order. I ordered my meal. She asked me what drink I wanted and then asked me if I wanted anything else so I ordered a second drink. Then when I pull up to pay she tells me I didn’t pay for the second drink. I wanted to explain, but her tone I just didn’t have the energy for and she gave me the wrong lemonade before I asked for the premium lemonade due to the fact that I cannot have fountain lemonade so I can definitely tell the difference Not only am I upset and thirsty. I probably will not be visiting this Popeyes again.

Hopefully there are better at the new location cause this one sucks most of the time. Truthfully I get disappointed every time I go there. I'm from Louisiana, an it don't taste the same here. Or the beans an rice stink, popcorn shrimp soggy.

TL/DR: Received the wrong order after a very long wait with very poor service, but Popeyes made it right after providing feedback.

I ordered two chicken sandwiches on the app. One classic with extra pickles and mayonnaise, and one spicy with extra pickles.

I chose this location because it had the highest rating on Google maps, which was still a measley 3.3 stars at the time of this review.

I arrived right on time, and there was a vehicle ahead of me at the drive thru. There was a very long wait before I heard some back and forth between that vehicle and the worker, then another very long wait. Finally the vehicle pulled ahead.

I waited a few moments for an acknowledgement and received nothing. Finally, I asked, is anyone there? Another long wait. Finally, someone came on and said sorry, just a second. Another several minute wait, she came on again and said sorry, just a second. Several more minutes go by.

Finally she came on and I told her I had a mobile order. She sounded confused and said something I couldn't understand. I decided just to pull around at that point, and the vehicle ahead of me was still at the window waiting.

After several more minutes waiting there, the driver started tapping on the window, and the window opened a few minutes later. I saw nothing exchanged but the window closed and the driver sped off.

I get to the window and she came quickly, handed me a bag with a very confused expression and said nothing before closing the window. Very weird experience. Checked the bag, saw two chicken sandwiches, drove home.

Got home and discover both wrappers say spicy. Not what I ordered. I opened them up and neither sandwich was spicy, neither had extra mayo, both had extra pickles. The real kicker was both were made with three dried up chicken tenders that looked like they were sitting around a long time.

Popeye's tenders are no comparison to the breasts that are supposed to be used for their sandwiches, and at no point was anything mentioned about a substitution.

I'd give this location zero stars based on this experience. It took over twenty minutes to get the wrong food with one car ahead of us.

I give the app five stars because I was able to easily provide feedback and they made it right.

Was super hungry and low and behold I caught the smell of Popeyes chicken so naturally I pulled in and got me some spicy strips. Glad I did cause it was juicey and fresh.

So this is the second time I've gone here and they have gotten my order wrong or just had items missing. I let it go once, and now back a few weeks later and still the same issue. This time I had ordered a 3 piece then got asked to make it a combo, I proceed to get said combo handed to me quickly which I thought was nice, until I finally got back to work to eat and noticed that despite asking me what side I wanted, she did somehow did not manage to put the side in not even in 40 seconds it took to make said order. And the time before even this I had ordered spicy tenders, got normal. While the staff in the kitchen do a great job of cooking food and whatnot, I cannot recommend this place on account of the staff putting together the meals flat out forgetting to put items in or going as far as to get the orders wrong entirely
