It was expensive but delicious. Use the app to place an order. It saved me at least $10 on a family meal. Red beans and rice were awesome. My wife did order that chocolate chip biscuit for dessert. Hard pass. Rather gross, but everything wise was great.

Love your chicken! Loved the onion rings when you had them. Love the Cajun Rice. But almost every time we get an order to go, it is not correct. This is not unique to this store and I wonder how this can happen. We have been to other stores and experienced the same experience.

Ordered a 5 piece large meal and got a 3 piece small meal… but hey, the drive through doesn’t take 20 mins anymore so that’s a plus 👍🏼 maybe because they rip you off with less food but can’t win every time.

Went back after they gave me old burnt chicken was told to wait 15 minutes for "fresh chicken" i waited drove home because they gave me "fresh chicken" right i mean i waited!! So i assumed it was fresh!! Turns out the second batch of chicken was older than the first batch. This chicken looks like it was dropped last year.

I don't eat the food, but my wife likes it. I pick it up for her. I rather go without.

I’ve never had fried food this greasy, I used two napkins, eating one piece of chicken.
The Red beans and rice were soggy and tasteless.
I would not recommend this place!

From the moment that I walked in, I was acknowledged and told when they were going to be able to assist me, this is the best customer service in all of Colorado that I have ever received at a Popeyes for a while. They had a bad reputation in my eyes and a lot of people’s eyes that I spoke to, but this particular store at 7:37 PM The crew the whole staff was amazing and it completely shocked me Anna Iris and Carla were the three that assisted me effortlessly the rest of the team had a smile on their face and good energy. I love the store now I’m going to be coming here every time I want Popeyes. might I add the place was also spotless no dirty tables in the lobby.

Have yet to get an order correct from the drive thru. Ordered all white meat which was verified by the employee. Drove home and discovered my order contained a leg and thigh. (which were skimpy for the price and dry). I am done with Popeyes.

This is the WORST Popeyes in this city and I'm not being hyperbolic. Placed an online order. Showed up 20 minutes later only to have to wait an additional 30 minutes. The workers would have left all my sides and biscuits on the counter getting cold had I not said something. Got no apology or compensation.

The sides (Mac and cheese, fries and red beans and rice were horrible. The rice in the red beans and rice was hard, the mac and cheese mushy and the fries were cold despite requesting fresh fries. At least the chicken was fresh after waiting so long.

Support is a joke as its been over 2 weeks with no response. Do not bother with this place. Oh and not to mention, I'm guessing someone tried to drive their car into the place as there was plywood over a large section of a wall.

Oh and the next time a workers family is waiting for them to get off of work they should keep their children from running all over.

Didn’t receive half my order, same problem as last time I went to this location. Didn’t receive my biscuits, red beans and rice and 3 apple pies. Last time it was 3 apple pies and fries.
