Went there to get a 16pc bundle the manager laura was rude and lazy in the beginning I checked my order to see I only got the sides and chicken no biscuits paid about $62 for it and she thought I got just chicken with sides when I told her in the beginning what I wanted went around to the window and she ignored me for 10 mins up there so my friend went inside to tell her and she said we got the chicken pack with large sides and refused to give me the biscuits I asked for in the beginning ,I don’t review at all this my first ever review this locations needs to be checked

I came here through the drive-thru and got a two-piece with red beans and rice. I did not receive honey butter, hot sauce, or even a straw for my drink. The chicken was probably the smallest and driest pieces of chicken in the building. Every time I come here, the customer service is horrible. I didn't even get a receipt so I can call the store and prove that I purchased a meal. That's how crappy the customer service is.

We ordered the 16-piece family pack and what we received was shocking. The chicken was just dumped into a box with no separation between spicy and mild, even though we ordered half and half. Every piece ended up covered in spicy batter.

Worse than that, at least a third of the box was literally just bones, like the chicken had been eaten, dipped back in batter, and refried. Made me feel sick. It felt like we paid for fried batter and bones, not actual chicken.

We’ve always been big fans of Popeyes biscuits, but even those were terrible at this location: dry, hard, and nothing like what we’re used to.

This was supposed to feed a family. Instead, it was a complete waste of money. Terrible quality, careless packaging, and zero quality control. We won’t be back.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS POPEYES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they don't even deserve the 1 star! First of all the food quality it HORRIBLE they serve food that has been sitting out all day then when asked for HOT fries which I PAID for the MANAGER REFUSED! I SPENT 173.00 FOR 2 CAJUN TURKEYS AND 1 5 pc tender meal...fries were COLD and tenders were old...and COLD as well ..this place has NO integrity!! I was not happy with the taste of the turkeys when I came back to return them the manager told me no and he has been selling them for 15years and never had a complaint first of all Popeyes hasn't even sold these turkeys for 15 years and second just because he's never had a complaint DOESNT MEAN ITS NOT NASTY! I didn't even open my second turkey but based on the first one I wanted my money back and if I'm not satisfied I should be able to get it! The manager SUCKS AND HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Save your time and money and just don't even eat here...

The food is always great when I go, no complaints there but I’m genuinely curious why, and this has happened multiple times, I’ll pull up to the drive-thru but the person will say “Sorry, the drive thru is closed, please come inside to order…” and yet when I drive around, there are other people who’ll pull up after me able to order at the drive thru or waiting at the window for their food. If the drive thru is supposedly closed, why not tape up a sign? I honestly think they do that to get people to drive away.

Again, I’m just looking for an explanation. I’ll still continue to go here cause the food has always been on point. Thanks!

I really feel sad for the owners of this franchise. The employees working are extremely unprofessional and their customer service is horrible. I ordered through the drive thru and the employee working the drive thru made me wait about 5 minutes before ordering. When I pulled up to pay they were blasting music and rapping to the music completely unaware or focused. When I received my food they gave me the wrong order twice. Just completely inattentive and distracted. I ask to speak to the manager about the unprofessionalism and he was just as unprofessional as the employee at the drive thru. I can imagine it is hard to hire valuable employees to work fast food but the employees running this establishment really do a horrible job at representing the owner.
