First time in Colorado Springs. Saw this as one of the top restaurants. Slow night. Food was really good and cocktails were ok. Service was very slow. Bartender was serving us for whatever reason and although there weren't many ppl his attention seemed to be more focused on people sitting at the bar. Food took a while to arrive, but it was tasty.

It was our anniversary and we were running late and they accommodated all of our requests with grace, respect and a large portion of friendliness. The food was amazing. We would definitely return.

Absolutely wonderful! Steaks were perfect (rare and medium rare) Service was personable and attentive. We celebrated our son's birthday and his return to the states after deployment. We will definitely return when in the area!

I wouldn’t eat here again if you paid me to. The food was horrible. This was my first time not enjoying a steak dinner.

The steak was juicy and prompt. I definitely appreciated the attention to my latex allergy. Consider my offer

The food was delicious and presentation was quite appetizing. Our server Brandon was excellent! He was very attentive and personable. We had a delightful experience and will definitely make it a point to visit again. Ambiance is very welcoming, a bit noisy, but we were luckily seated by a wall and it was quieter there.

There was a problem in the kitchen the evening we went to Prime 25 - it seems there was a restaurant-wide delay in getting orders out to the tables. The delay wasn't excessive BUT, once the food was delivered to the table, it was sub-par. Steaks burned on one side, hardly cooked on the other - the baked potato side was one of the worst that I have ever tried to eat - watery and tough at the same time (I'm not sure how that happens). Service was okay but much more aimed at making excuses than making things right...

I ordered the rib eye and asked for medium cooking. When we told the waitress that it was rare, they took the ribeye back to be seared once more, and when the bill arrived, there was an additional fee. It is unlikely that we will return.

Went to the opening of Prime 25's north location last night and everything was perfect; from the service to the food and atmosphere. Would highly recommend trying their new location.

From the outside, Prime25 looks like it is closed. Although it has two large outside seating areas, no one uses either and there is nothing on the outside of the building to suggest the business is still operating.

Inside is completely different - a sleek, well designed bi-level dining room that would look at home in New York or Los Angeles. This place is swanky and showing up in jeans and a t-shirt is ok but you'll definitely feel under dressed.

The food is delicious and expensive. The steaks are sold without sides, so the $58 filet mignon (perfectly cooked and delicious), with two sides brings the bill to nearly $100. The sides are sharing size appropriate for two.

If you want an upscale dining experience with excellent food and a price tag to match, Prime 25 is a great choice.

We had a reservation but hosts sat us by the kitchen & bathrooms. Other tables were open the whole time we were there.
