We stayed for only a night but I was impressed with the hotel and the entire space. I am delighted to see an old motel made over into a place that is as comfortable and well designed as SCP. We took advantage of the pool and enjoyed the common space with games and seating. The store was well equipped to meet a travelers needs and the work spaces, meeting and quiet rooms were so inviting that I was almost sorry to be on vacation rather than working from the hotel. The design is clean and modern. It felt a little spartan, but I like that. The beds were comfortable! The hotel is family and pet friendly, but it also great for adults traveling alone or in groups. The location is convenient, though there isn't much in the immediate vicinity. You will probably have a car anyway so it doesn't matter. Great amenities, friendly staff, good location and great pricing come together. I will stay again and recommend SCP to friends and family.

Great little hotel, although the immediate neighborhood is a bit sketchy. I loved the material usage and the quick food options in the lobby. Certainly lots of toys to play with in the lobby too. Great Dog Friendly option.

This was a rare find and we really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are spacious and clean and structured in terms of layout as a motel. The reception is housed in a quirky, industrial style space that has lovely nicely designed communal areas where you can work, meet, hang out, play board games (lots available), grab a snack from the mini market, have a drink by the bar or enjoy a freshly roasted coffee or cup of tea. The gym is a really big and also features a yoga studio. Besides cardio machines and weights there are several TRX as well as two Pelaton bikes which we enjoyed. There’s a small swimming pool and complimentary parking right outside the door. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming and we will definitely back when next in town.

When I arrived I thought payment had been completed, only to find out payment had been canceled. Front desk offered no explanation to why. I checked account to confirm 1st payment didn't post to my account and then went ahead with payment. Thankfully reservation was not canceled due to this. Later I see an email was sent stating to reconfirm payment I thought I already made when I made reservation! A day AFTER I had completed check in for reservation! I don't know about anyone else but I am not constantly checking emails when traveling. Additional emails regarding check out, of course they too were not noticed until we were long gone. Additionally photos online were not accurate. Lots of noise, crowds of kids in lobby and pool. Noise in lobby was deafening. Felt note like a Summer camp than peacful oasis I had hiped for. (We have kids, although well behaved ones) outside sitting areas full of last years leaves, debris and cigarette butts, older ladies parking right up against back lobby exit and then LEAVING their car there after loading up for us to have to maneuver our suitcases around, all in full view of staff. Barn doors on bathroom don't close, offering little privacy. Just not the experience I had hoped for and can't with in good conscience recommend. Staff was very friendly. Lobby are looked nice, although not the same as online photos. My recommendation is keep looking.

The hotel is in a convenient location with right off the highway and does have a few restaurants near by and a Target for any forgotten items. The lobby was nice and had games to play with the family while the adults had a drink. Our room was a nice size but you can hear everything in the bathroom as the barn doors leave gaps, so beware if traveling with friends. We didn't feel like our AC or fridge got as cold as we would like but not a deal breaker. We never heard anyone in the rooms around us which was nice.

The place was amazing, and very friendly staff. We had several issues with no AC to which there was not able to be a solid fix during our stay. However the maintenance people were very kind, and helped where they could. The front counter staff even helped with a discount due to our issues. The people who helped us tremendously during our stay were Jacob, and Austin.

Very dated exterior. Rooms have been renovated but very cheaply. No drinking glasses. No light switch so you have to make your way in the dark to find the bed light. Remote for TV didn’t work. Not close to anything of interest. Not worth staying here at all.

I really wanted to love this hotel. The concept is great and I love the sustainability aspect. Upon arrival I was a little worried on how it looked from the outside, but when I checked in, the lobby looked nice and so I thought the room would be too. Sadly I was wrong. The beds were clean, but that was about it. Despite seeing multiple signs saying there is no smoking in the rooms or anywhere on the grounds of the hotel, our room smelled like cigarettes when we walked in. The walls were filthy (I’m not sure why because it seems like common sense and basic hotel cleanliness to wipe them down). The shower looked dirty and had hairs it it. The toilet looked like it had leaked and was never cleaned up. The ceiling in the room and the bathroom was falling apart. They offer the use of essential oil diffusers, rock salt lamps, yoga mats, and a 24 hr gym with fancy equipment; So I’m not sure why they can offer all these extras but aren’t able to make sure the room is cleanliness meets the basic standards. The staff was very nice and helpful though! That was pretty much the only positive from our experience! Overall, the concept and the decor is cute, but the lack of cleanliness just didn’t make it worth it. I really wanted to love this place, but I was really disappointed. Will be staying somewhere else next time we’re in Colorado Springs.

Hello, We did enjoy our multiple nights that we stayed with you. Here are some issues or concerns that we did have. Upon checking in we realized we had a little walk from parking spot to the door entrance but wasn't so bad. We didn't realize we were staying in a motel not a hotel. The name is a little deceiving. Entering out room we were happy. Everything looked nice. Once we started to settle in we realized some things we did not enjoy. No place to sit outside near the room. No microwave in the room. Cracked bathroom sink. Very poor lighting in room. Unable to open the windows and enjoy natural light since this is a motel people/house keepers walking by and naturally you look in. We also were bummed out to find out the tv was not a smart tv. The coffee in the lobby was ok in the morning. No coffee in room. Not a super safe area at night. First night the cops were there arresting someone. We made the best of it. We did enjoy the pillows and mattress. We had hoped maybe the pool or hot tub would have been available we know that it was seasonal. Or that we could have enjoyed some outdoor space. Looked like they have patio heaters and propane fire tables but nothing was set up to use or enjoy. The lobby was a little sad with many dying plants and tons of empty wall planters. The pictures online are very different then what we actually saw. We also had to have a large amount of money the first night charged to a card. We did get this back at check out. We paid for "amenities" which seemed odd since you provided WAY LESS then other options that do not charge a daily rate. I actually have no idea what amenities you provided out of the standard. We might be back but we will probably find a place in a better area with more amenities.

The whole vibe of the hotel was awesome. The staff were great, friendly & have plenty of recommendations on where to dine, drink & visit/sitesee. Room was nice, barn doors to the bathroom love. Comfy bed, no complaints.

The overall experience was great. The staff was super polite and helpful. Special mentions to Cody, Liz, classify and Danielle who made the experience wonderful. Free coffee was a hit and the fitness centre was great. The bed was super comfy and the bathrooms were clean. The view is great from the room and the games room is a good idea.

Grossly misleading. The lobby is somewhat attractive aside from the plethora of dead potted plants. The room however, is not worth what I paid. Imagine, motel 6, renovated. The ambiance was lacking in a major way. There is no restaurant here as advertised. (Photo from hotels.com attached) The bar is hardly a bar. I’m beyond frustrated with our two night stay. I’ll let the photos do the talking. I’ll post advertised photos along with actual photos taken by yours truly. Upon arriving, we’re greeted by this rundown sign. The photos of this hotel need to be updated. It may have, at one time, looked like the marketing photos. But let me be the one to tell you, it doesn’t anymore. Totally “catfished” by this hotel stay. You may also want to check out the statistics in the zip code. We were visiting a friend who came to pick us up for dinner. He informed us that we weren’t in the best neighborhood either. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The one thing we did appreciate was the gym. Water fountains, however, do not work. But they do sell boxed water upstairs for an arm and a leg. Finally, I have not had a proper cup of coffee in two days. Served with floating coffee grinds at their 24 hour coffee station. No creamer available. Just an overall disappointment. The place isn’t the worst, but everyone should know exactly what they are paying for. So just don’t expect to get the experience they advertise.

Experience was definitely a 10/10. The rooms and lobby were super nice and cozy . As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Laiah , who was super friendly and let us check in to our room early. Would definitely recommend and would come back here again!

Their loft with all the amenities is really good, plus they have plenty of room, private cabins + desks & chairs to get any work or meeting done! While you’re there, you must try their locally sourced Sparkling Ginger Ale at their Provisions Market, it’s amazing!!!
