Very difficult parking. Ok, food. Nothing special there. Darkish inside. Regular type of service.

Really great food and an ample amount of it - very reminiscent of pre-pandemic portions. I ordered the chicken, beef, and shrimp fajitas, which sizzled their way to our table via a friendly and very competent server. I stand corrected; there is excellent Mexican food in Colorado Springs, and it can be found here.P.S. I like my margaritas like I like my bros - big and strong. These did not disappoint.?

My husband had the relleno and it is a half pepper on top of the cheese! Not a full pepper?! He also said the rice was a teeny grain and a weird mouth feel. For the high prices you think it would be better. I had the nachos and they were bleh. The salsa was ok. The staff was nice but the food is not good. We're from Texas and know good Mexican food and this is not it.

We tried this place for the first time for dinner. The food was good but not great. The service was wonderful. Chips and salsa on the table super fast. They chips were warm and fresh, and delicious salsa. The service was quick and intentional. We ordered tacos, tamale and enchiladas. Everything was good but not great.

Fantastic menu with Great, authentic meal choice. there's of course some updated fare as well. But my favorite is the chili relleno with enchilada.

Pueblo Viejo has the best service and a relaxed atmosphere. Everything I’ve ever had is good and the portions are huge. My favorite is Enchilladas Divorciadas with chicken. The enchiladas are over stuffed with chicken and all three sauces are very flavorful. The portion is so big I always take half of it home.

2 meals and a appetizer should not cost $77 that's ridiculous and not worth it sorry first and last time

I really like Pueblo Viejo, it’s got a good low-key, independent/family owned vibe. They give chips, salsa and bean dip, which is a fun treat. Menu is huge, and portions are too. Servers are extreme friendly and polite. I also love their Cadillac Margarita, give it a try!
