I was disappointed. Everything was very dry and under seasoned. It really tasted like the Chef precooked it and reheated it for the meal. Both the steak and the chicken were very dried out and chewy. The salsa had a lot of heat, but the chips needed salt as well. We won't be back.

My wife and I arrived at about 8:25 PM on a Saturday night and we were told that the restaurant was close and the lady working said that no manager was available and that they were closed and would not seat us. It clearly states that the restaurant is open till 9 PM. We will never come back to this restaurant again since obviously the server feels it is necessary to close early because she just wants to leave and doesn’t have the best interest of the restaurant in mind.

I should start with the positives... the restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was good. Our server was attentive without being intrusive.The not so good... The food... so.. so bad.They use some kind of sweetener in the salsa. The heat was good, but the sweet taste was just bizarre. They also serve some refried beans with chips, which are flavorless and literally taste like the only thing in the pot was water.I ordered the crispy relleno and beef enchilada. The relleno was a nice twist on the standard version UNTIL you got to the beef. All of the ground beef used for our dinner tasted like a sweet tomato sauce like you'd expect from a sloppy joe... It's just so bad. The beans (same as served with the chips) were flavorless and had the consistency of a clam Chowder.If this was like anything else we'd experienced in the Springs, I chalk it up to a regional thing, but this is the first place that we've been to that was like this.I don't know how the reviews are so high for this food, but as someone who has spent the last 40 years eating Tex-Mex around the south, I can say that the food here doesn't qualify as Tex-Mex, much less mexican food.I guess that's why it wasn't busy at 6:30.

First time here and it was amazing. The green chili is amazing! And the Cadillac margarita did not disappoint. I don’t normally write reviews but I’m very impressed. We’ll definitely be back again.

Delicious food!! The staff was very friendly. I had to place a to-go order in store. The staff was patient, and directions were followed to a T! The food was hot and fresh. I will definitely be back to dine-in next time.

Food was cold and soggy, watched as the waitress was attentive to every single table besides my family’s. Waited for 30+ minutes for her to come and check on us after we were done eating. Didn’t offer any other drinks, dessert, nothing. When we finally got the check she ended up taking our card to the wrong table. Will never go back here ever again. Absolutely terrible experience.
