What's the deal with skimping on all the Ingradients. Lol. I get it double wrapped for it to be packed. Not all Tortilla. Then the burrito breaks and im asked if I wanted it wrapped again. With a 3rd Tortilla. LOL. Wont be visiting this location ever again. Oh and I guess they don't give bags for Togo orders anymore...

We usually love qdoba, but we had a rough go here. Ordered through delivery app, waited, payed extra so we didn’t have to go out, and only got 3/4 orders. The bag was sealed and everything was ready on time, but just missing. When we contacted the store they said it wasn’t their fault. We still needed dinner, so we went to get our missing item. When we got there there was no sorry, no making up for it, just saying it was Ubers fault and rushing us out. Not taking responsibility for their work and their actions and their mess ups makes me not want to recommend here to anyone. We had to leave our family and come get food and the manager didnt say or do anything to make it up. Just a horrible night due to this place ?

So, I just tried to stop in very quickly to this Qdoba on Venetucci, and the time is only 9:52pm. I only wanted to get a bag of chips, but the employees inside had already locked the doors and from the looks of it, already cleaned up the restaurant. When I went to the door to open, all the employees in the store looked at ke with disgust. As someone who has worked and managed restaurants in food before, this is 100% unacceptable on every level. I have never had an issue with this Qdoba is the past, and tonight, it was not the same service I am used to seeing.
