All of these people complaining about things that’s their fault people forget they are literally doing them a service and should be grateful they even have the opportunity to be served people complain about things that’s out of these employees control I love this spot best burritos and staff in town I don’t go to any where else but here because of the staff and atmosphere that’s what makes a business special people complain about price and portion sizes likes it’s their decision to choose that you aren’t special get over it you will get the same as everyone else

This location is the worse and this will be the last time going. The proteins portioned out for our burrito bowls were half scoops instead of full scoops. The person running the area with the sour cream, cheese, and pico looked drunk and moved very slow. We asked for a little cheese and sour cream and this worker proceeded to put 3 handfuls of cheese and multiple scoops of sour cream to the point that my husband had to ask him to stop. Totally ruined the food.

Qdoba is great, this location is so-so. Watching workers talk instead of making my to-go order when no one else is in line is annoying. Then patiently staring at my completed order to be bagged when workers just walk away and I have to ask them stupidly if my order is done, knowing it is

I had a delightful experience at Qdoba on March 24 in the evening, thanks to the exceptional service provided by two young men. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor truly made my visit extra special. Highly recommend stopping by for a tasty meal and outstanding customer service!
Today we went to this Qdoba. We walked in and there was one person working the line. He was wearing gloves while making food, but also running the register and giving change with the same gloves, then going to the next person without changing his gloves. My hubby went to the restroom and there was a pile of food on the floor. It was dirty.

Out of both kinds of rice, steak and brisket at 730 on a Friday night. Staff was apologetic for being out, but it seems like most the items on the menu couldn’t be made.
We had ordered catering from Qdoba on Bloomington. The day of our scheduled pickup we had a winter storm and had to postpone the event. I called Qdoba and spoke with Makayla who was so accommodating and understanding of the situation and rescheduled our order for the next day. When I picked up the order I was warmly greeted by the young lady working the counter who turned me over to Makayla and another crew member that took the time to review my order and helped me take it out the vehicle. I can't say enough about the professionalism and care I received from this crew and the meal was phenomenal as usual!!! Thanks!!
