Workers have a poor attitude. Will tell you what they will and will not do. If its not on the board they wont make it. IE a smoothed burrito....... i dont understand why thats not a thing. Im not trying to be rude or anything but thats not an impossible and unreasonable request i would assume. Also its not that i would be gettibg extra queso for free. I would happily pay for extra queso. But when im told that they dont do that here while having a finger waved infront of my face, dont expect me to leave a tip not feel welcomed back.

Just witnessed the manager get highly irrational and disrespectful with Customer over her getting part of his order and then him requesting to speak to the general manager. She went as far as even saying you’re lucky that we served you appeared to be highly racist and unethical behavior.

Love love love the food, hate being nickel and dimed though. When I order the bowl, it comes with a complimentary back of chips. When I buy an additional back of large chips, they don't give me that bag of complimentary chips! Not fair... I shouldn't have to ask for what the meal comes with already. It's part of the meal... when I order, double meat and your extra bag of chips and literally spend over $20 for 1 meal... Don't screw me over out of my complimentary chips!You'd get 5 stars if you weren't purposely screwing me over unless I speak up!
