Great and juicy chicken. Cooked to perfection. But I don't like the sauces and the batter has no flavor. But their chicken is never dry

Very good food, efficient staff
This Cane's is not trans friendly. Every time I eat here I am misgendered and called Robert, despite my purse, nails, makeup, hair, cute outfit. Do you need to see my ID? Or maybe my court order? What does a girl need to do to get a little respect around here? I don't plan on coming here anymore until they fix their staff

My only complaint is that the 4 tender box does not come with 2 sauces, and they make you pay for an extra.
Canes isn't cheap, and they would not go broke if they gave a second sauce, at least in the Box Combo. In fact, I think it would show quality service.
Updating my review because the service was horrible! I once gave it 5 stars, but poor customer service doesn't make up for the quality of the food.

Great staff, super friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious. The only complaint would be the noise, but I'm not sure what could really be done about that.
