Possibly the worst ramen I've had. The chicken looked like they pulled it out of a can, boiled egg overcooked. I usually drink the soup afterwards but whatever they had was flavorless and luke warm. $16 for a bowl of this ramen is ridiculous.

I stopped for Ramen, ordered the House Ramen. They served it and it was lukewarm. There was nobody at the counter so I waited and looked around for an employee but none were present. I went out to my car to get my phone and called them and explained that my food was cold. When I got back in the acted like they never served me. My food was gone and they wouldn’t refund my money. There were no other customers at 12:45 afternoon so that should have been a red flag. The employees who spoke broken English told me the manager would call me.

Came to store 20 minutes before closing. Door was open I was told store was closed, store closes at 8pm. There is a obligation to serve a customer who enters your store. I watched two people get served by the time I left the store. I wanted to try this place but the customer service has made me change my mind.

What the staff lack in people skills they more than make up for in quality of food. I have been here multiple times, and the most I can get out of staff is ordering my food. 11/10 I highly recommend.

This was my first time here and I will say it was awesome. The food was fresh, I love how you mix the fresh ingredients with the broth yourself. The rangoons were amazing too. My (adult) daughter and I absolutely loved it. The spicy miso is pretty spicy (for me) so next time I will get the regular miso and spice it up myself ;) 5/5

I've been on a hunt for good Ramen especially during these colder days this year. Got tired of Vietnamese Pho. This particular place I believe used to be a crawfish joint. We ordered a seaweed salad and two ramen orders. You can choose to order half a bowl or full size. One of the items we ordered is the House Ramen which is a Tonkotsu base topped with Chicken. The other one is the Tonkotsu with Chashu (pork belly). They were very generous with the meat. Plenty of vegetables in the bowl as well which consists of bean sprouts and spinach. For the price I think they over delivered because there was alot of meat. This restaurant is specifically specialized in Ramen. We liked that the broth wasn't too salty. Also it would be even better if the bowl of soup was a little hotter especially during these single digit days. I think their menu will expand a little as this place just opened. So far it's one of the better places to get Tonkotsu. I will be back to try their other ramen with different soup base.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS LOOKOUT!
I ordered the vegan ramen and asked if it had eggs, the guy said yes all ramen does, which I replied but that wouldn’t be vegan…his response was “I have vegans who come in all the time and eat up the eggs so I have to serve everyone.” That is 100% okay, but that is not vegan. You can have a vegetarian option or an add egg option. ON TOP OF THAT, he put this spiral thing into the vegan ramen and I ate it not knowing, when I sent a picture to my husband he said “I am pretty sure that’s fish.” I googled, and yes I was given fish in my vegan ramen. Would never go back pricey, horrible customer service and lies about allergies/nutrition in food.

Vegetarian options: Beware!!! They do not know what is what with nutrition.

The ladies working there were very helpful and sociable. The Ramen was sub-par based on my previous experiences. I had a spicy Miso with Chicken and Kimchi. The kimchi was sour almost effervescent, and the chicken was shredded and sauced. I have never had fully shredded chicken in a Ramen before. I was also surprised by the price point for the half Ramen because 2 adults and 2 kids with no drink came out to $65. I don't think we will be back unless we want to try the Boba.
