I got the tonkotsu ramen with chicken. The chicken literally tastes like canned barbecue chicken. Everything else was excellent but if I pay 20 bucks I expect real chicken not canned.

The ramen came with like two bites of noodles the rest was just spinach. Our order was put in wrong and when it was served we stated this is wrong and they said “the receipt says this so” and basically refused to remake it how we paid for it.Only one guy working most the time we were here and he was obviously stressed. Also paid extra for shrimp, my ramen had 3 shrimp and one random shrimp tail with no meat in it.
Never disappointed!!

The owner is so nice! I love that there is a community board here full of business cards and local events. Plus, the food is AMAZING! I also love all the plants inside. This place is literally a breath of fresh air (and food!)

Just got back from Okinawa. This satisfied my itch for the noodles I've been eating the last month! Excellent.

Why was my meat cold when they gave it to me in the ramen. And the broth was nonexistant. I asked about the broth and they said thats how it came. . The eggrolls were mushy on the inside. Like they precooked them and left them on a warmer like 7/11. Not worth the trip imo. Was so bad I left almost all of it. My boyfriend said it was terrible and drove me to get tacos afterwards. Too bad because its so close to my house.

The food was warm and well presented. The service was very good. I didn’t see a vegan option on the menu so I asked. He figured out a good option for me. The food was good but it didn’t make me say “wow, that was awesome!” I really liked the atmosphere. I always like to check out the bathroom. If it’s not clean, I wonder if the kitchen is. It was clean and nicely decorated. The only observation was that the music was playing at a volume that made it difficult to talk. It’s a nice neighborhood restaurant. I would recommend everyone giving it a try.

I really wanted to love this place, but for $16 a bowl, I expected more than “this is fine” energy. The ramen wasn’t bad — it was hot, filling, and edible — but it felt very basic for the price. Broth was okay, noodles were okay, toppings were… also okay. Nothing stood out, nothing wowed, and nothing justified the cost.
It’s the kind of ramen that satisfies hunger but not the craving. I didn’t finish the bowl and didn’t really care if I did yet immediately started thinking about where I should go next time for a better ramen experience. If this were cheaper, I’d probably shrug it off — but at this price point, I wanted flavor depth and personality, not something that felt like a starter pack. Some choices would have helped!
Not terrible, just underwhelming. Unfortunately, it mostly inspired me to find a better ramen spot.

Service was friendly, though we were only given small styrofoam cups for water (like water cooler cup size) and it's mostly do-it-yourself style. Soup broth was just warm, egg and shredded chicken in the soup were cold and the broth had no hope of heating them up. Tonkotsu broth is very sweet, unpleasantly so imo. It feels like they want you in and out as fast as possible with the embarrassingly small cups and barely warm food so you eat and leave. Saw another couple there who left their food uneaten. Portions are very small, too. Half of an egg, about a 1/4 cup of chicken and a few leaves of spinach and a tiny sprinkle of green onion. Not very much broth at all, noodles well above the surface. Unfortunate but a lot of places like this are popping up and with the price it's just not worth it if you can cook.

This place is so goated. Everything from the food, service, to atmosphere, was literally so beautiful and amazing. The atmosphere and the overall decoration of the place was stunning. Don't let the humble exterior fool you. The indoors is a beautiful bridge of nature and home. The service was spectacular, the kind lady so sweet and swift in making our meals. The food omg don't get me started. I got the house noodles, and holy ship. The noodles were literally so filling. The meat was sweet and tender to the point of falling apart. The soup was spectacular. The flavor you could taste it, and the food had meaning. You could tell it was made with care. Kimchi is great, not very spicy though more on the sweet side. Overall a very filling meal.
