Red Lobster at this location, North Academy, 1 hour before closing time was just awful. The entire time, 5 staff members were eating at the bar, dirty tables everywhere, chairs being put up on the tables upside down, and our waiter, Tino, was the only employee actually serving the remaining customers. It was so sad to see the other guests waiting for crab crackers, water refills, or any requests being made because there is no "teamwork" in this establishment. Great...

Great food! But the atmosphere was heavy as news was just released that they are declaring bankruptcy.
Wheelchair accessibility: My mother is wheelchair bound, and they have parking and easy access, so all Mom had to do is roll all the way up to our table with no problem.
