Restaurant wasn’t busy when we got there and we had to wait for 40+ minutes with minimal people sat.We ordered the popcorn shrimp off the kids menu and was told they don’t have popcorn shrimp anymore even though it is on the menu. We ordered crab legs but they said they said they don't have crab leg crackers so eating them was slow and painful. One of our peoples salad (as a meal) came out 10 minutes before everyone else’s food.Our server was not very friendly and seems annoyed that we kept asking for items off the menu that they didn’t have any more.Sad because I haven’t had such a poor experience here.

My Shrimp Alfredo was good, not great. My daughter had the Calamari, which was terrible. The staff did a good job serving. The restaurant itself was gross. The menus were filthy, the restaurant smelled of urine. With the smell, we took our food out and I ate mine later at home. I used to love Red Lobster, but the last few times I went to any of their locations the food, staff or atmosphere were poor. I will never eat at a Red Lobster again. Sad, because it used to be a family favorite.

Our server was not knowledgeable about the menu and gave us incorrect information. We had ordered off the menu several times. This time we were told we could not do it. When I questioned the manager he was rather dismissive and said there wasn't a "button" for it. Our food came on paper and the food stuck to it. It was not very good, more crust than fish.We have been here many times with mostly good food and servers. This was not one of them.

Stuck by the loud kitchen..athough few customers there.. the armosphere.was noisy and the .slow waiter was not very skilled He gave us biscuits for dessert they seemed to be in the oven a long time.so didappointed..never again.o disappointed. No returnHalf an hour

Went to have a family dinner since it's been a while. The employees were very friendly. The decor was clean and looked great. Nick was our waiter, and he was fantastic every way. He made sure that our drinks were never emptied and checked on us often. Had a nice chat with him. The picture is the Ultimate Feast but can get different variations of it. Was a little pricey but filling. Definitely would recommend going back.

I haven't been to a red lobster in many years. I brought my daughter whom I haven't seen in a long while. To have a nice lunch and the food was terrible!! Full of grease and covered in but. I wanted seafood not fat. Oh I'm so upset. We spent way too much money for that. We didn't even eat our meals it was so bad!!

My mom had me order a two lobster tail meal for my birthday, the butter exploaded everywhere and half of the ceasar was wilted and out of date so we called and had the pleasure of speaking to the manager Georgi. Georgi went above & BEYOND to make sure my birthday dinner was top notch and treated both my mom & I to dessert. If you ever have an issue at this location, please try to get it resolved with Georgi. This has been the BEST management experience I’ve ever had with a complaint. She was so so very sweet and accommodating. Thank you for everything Georgi!!! You are such a sweetheart and a blessing to this company. I hope you thrive from here on out the way you deserve baby???
