Food was cold. Staff attitude ruined my date and your manager needs to work on handling issues and not be rude. This used to be a great place to eat now horrible.

We had a delicious burger dinner with the fries made extra crispy for us, and because we joined your loyalty program we received a stack of onion rings which we took home and are enjoying today. The managers and servers were great! The only thing that could be improved is do not automatically give your guests plastic straws. They are a single use plastic that cannot be recycled and they end up littering the landscape. A better practice is to give them if asked for. That change would make a positive impact on the environment. Thanks for considering!

Top notch 🙌🏼👌🏼😊 We went in specifically for the fries. My daughter and I were doing a food romp for her birthday. The waitress brought fries while we were waiting for our burger and fries. She was totally on board with our experience. Love it🤩💜

I was the first person in the door getting a delivery order. and it took 20 minutes for an order of fish and chips with fries. The staff was rude and the experience sucked

It was a busy Dec. Sunday.
The staff and service was awesome.
Food was good but took a little bit to get to table .. it was a crowded day.
Our party had a great time and would definitely eat here again.

Parking: I appreciate the efforts the staff showed to accommodate our group and the server was very attentive ..great service.

OK two years ago I posted a negative in the last year. It has been marvelous eating here. The service has been great. We’ve had three birthday parties there and I who am in a wheelchair now. Well a walker now I’ve had some per service and the Veggie burger I’ve tasted in a while. It’s got a good zip to it, so thank you red Robin I’m coming back again.

Red Robin is a great family restaurant. So 5 stars based on that. Unlimited fries or broccoli or whatever side you want. We shared a 10" pizza which was plenty with the fries. Split a chocolate shack. Had a drawing contest as well. Service at the Broadmoor location is always good. $24 for two people with a shake is a good deal. Make sure you sign up for rewards. I got $10 off today so it was $14 after that discount.

Kid-friendliness: The Pepperoni pizza is her favorite with the curled up Pepperoni.

There's a hot chick(en) that I want to eat!!

The food was okay but not really worth the money. We averaged 25 bucks a person for food and drinks. If you go there it's for the staff and atmosphere which were both really good.
