Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Used to come here all the time, but after today I’m never coming to this location. The food is the usual menu items and half the servers there are amazing people it’s just how horrible the atmosphere has been the last times I’ve gone there. The amount of rude families and smelly people I’ve had the misfortune of getting seated by is insane. I went with my mother because she was going through a hard time, and had to leave before my food was ready to throw up and needed some fresh air from the smell of a family seated behind me. After talking to a server, they informed my mother that they wont do anything about it as other tables were asking to take their orders to go too. She was very disappointed in the direction Red Robin is going with tolerance of hygiene lately because this is too normal of an occurrence now. This is the third time I’ve lost my appetite at Red Robin and i cant think of them anymore without thinking of B.O. Like actually guys i never write reviews unless it’s a warning YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Red robin is consistent with their service and with the quality of the food. They always have fresh vegetables and salads, the burgers are great and the friendly service is nice.
Beer cheese is great.

Food was good. Service was better. Kayla was great, even got me to sign up for the rewards and I do not normally do those. It took a couple of mins but she was persistent and determined to get the tv on the channel we requested. The food came out a little slow but was great when it got here.

Restaurant is super dirty. Tables and pay kiosk were so dirty - sticky, left over food - really unsanitary - that I needed to wash my hand before I left. I did attempt to talk to the manager, but he just made excuses as to why things were so dirty. A good power scrub is very much recommended.

Disappointing experience and spent nearly $60.00 for lunch. We hardly eat out anymore and this showed us why. No wonder other Red Robin’s are being shut down.

Red Robin’s is one of our favorite places to go! Especially on a Tuesday night when they have $10 Cheeseburgers & WITH unlimited fries!!! BEST Cheeseburger in the Springs! Management always checks in with us every time we visit! Victoria is an awesome waitress, puts in our fry order as soon as we walk in! Love this place ❤️

Good food, Campfire sauce was awesome. Love the monster shake.

Very juicy burgers.

Food was cold. Staff attitude ruined my date and your manager needs to work on handling issues and not be rude. This used to be a great place to eat now horrible.

We had a delicious burger dinner with the fries made extra crispy for us, and because we joined your loyalty program we received a stack of onion rings which we took home and are enjoying today. The managers and servers were great! The only thing that could be improved is do not automatically give your guests plastic straws. They are a single use plastic that cannot be recycled and they end up littering the landscape. A better practice is to give them if asked for. That change would make a positive impact on the environment. Thanks for considering!

Top notch 🙌🏼👌🏼😊 We went in specifically for the fries. My daughter and I were doing a food romp for her birthday. The waitress brought fries while we were waiting for our burger and fries. She was totally on board with our experience. Love it🤩💜

I was the first person in the door getting a delivery order. and it took 20 minutes for an order of fish and chips with fries. The staff was rude and the experience sucked

Left multiple emails and call back numbers from messed up order and no manager has returned my call or email in over two weeks super disappointed.
