Honestly had the worst experience I’ve had here so far tonight. Went in by myself with the expectation of great service and ready to tip heavily to my waitress. Instead, I ended up only giving a $5 tip out of grace cause all I got to hear was so much gossip about who got promoted and how said person no longer hangs with them anymore. Also, I had to wait for my first extra order of bottomless fries for 10+ minutes cause I guess cleaning closing down shop came first? I get it, we all want to go home on a Friday night. But I guess prioritizing your customer isn’t a thing anymore? It was just disappointing cause I had looked forward to this all day.

We love the large tower of onion rings before the burgers come to the table!! We always enjoy our burgers as each of us can get them cooked the way we like them. The bottomless fries make it impossible to leave hungry. ?
I am so happy with the service Dana provided for me and my son on SundayShe was so patient friendly smiling and caringI can’t have this kind of service so often on any restaurants around town very racist people around here but I can tell Dana can see spirit not race color or accentI will make sure we get back soon!!!It was a long time without enjoying food in a restaurant and not been all unhappy about the mean waitresses not caring for our table and looking around seeing how different they treat other customersThank you so much Dana you made me my son finally enjoy eating at a restaurant ??Vegetarian options: The imposible burger and a lot of salads

Went in to the Southgate Location. The host huffed and puffed because we asked to be seated at a booth. Then he took 10 mins to clean 5 booths then wandered around the restaurant. He took his sweet time because he was not happy that we requested a booth rather than a table. The manager was even more rude when she finally came to seat us because the host never came back. I mentioned to my husband that the host was taking his time to come back to us. As the manager was seating us she whipped around and said is there going to be problem here like she was trying to get confrontational with us. Very unprofessional! And we very frequently go to this establishment but i turned around and walked out. Then the manager yells at the host and says if anymore people are rude to you like them let me know! They BOTH were the rude ones.That manager needs to be FIRED if that’s how she treats customers, along with her rude sloth of a host!

This location is better than the other one in COS, so that in itself makes me wanna give it 5 stars, but it took an hour to get our food, which was tasty but not very hot, and the drinks were honestly better.Parking: Parking lot isn’t very large, but you can park super close by in the Home Depot parking lot

Food was great, excepting fries were stale and over salted, but the waiter at my request brought me a fresh order. Burger was delicious!Service was a tad slow but not bad, the wait or was effient but not the most personable one I ever had. But for the food I would go again.
Great food, good music at a reasonable volume. Awesome waitstaff even on a super snowy day they where in great spirits and food came very quick.Good drinks at a fair price. Would recommend this location.Dietary restrictions: Tons of options if you have anything you cannot eat.
