I haven't had Red Robin since leaving Alaska in 2010, and the flavors are all still there.

I sat at the bar and had a mojito, a burger with fries, then ordered some food to go for my brother in law plus a dessert for us to share. The donuts are my new favorite dessert and the majito was so good the server was very kind. It was pretty busy when I went so a little loud but not out of the normal for a restaurant.

Tyla our server was horrible took her 30 minutes to get a to go box and would ignore us when we would call her over! Horrible service

Didn’t get the right food took a bite and realized went back ask what I took a bite of and it was turkey as I said I don’t eat that she kind laugh and said I just want my right order had to wait then got nothing cause I had to run out on family emergency last night if food was right I would have got to eat dinner last night what a waste of money my family like the food but I have not had a good experience once yet

Visiting someone at the hospital close by. Just got a burger with a gluten free bun. It was fantastic. Usually gf buns fall apart. These were perfect. So much so I asked for the brand. Nice lunch, good quick service. Friendly!

We had came to celebrate my birthday and boy was that a mistake. When we sat down the tables were filthy. I Had to clean our own table when I finally got water and napkins. After ordering our meals and an app. The queso was luke warm at best. My wife got her meal before mine, thinking mine would be out shortly I waited and finished up the chips and queso. After our server came over she asked where my burger was? Lol i have no idea. I feel like she should have known. She ran to the kitchen, came back and said it somehow didn't make it on the ticket but that it would be out in 2-5 mins. I figured it was a medium burger so it should be out soon. Roughly 15 mins later my burger was delivered to our table. No apologies from our service nothing. My wife has finished her food since it was getting cold. Personally i blame the manager that runs this store. After over hearing our server had no breaks yet so she was probably over worked and under paid. The manager should have stepped up and replaced the ones missing, if understaffed. The manager should have bussed the tables and ran food, given breaks to those that haven't had a break.. Do better!!!!!
