Terrible service! Could not call ahead for party of 10 for 7:00 pm. Went anyway. Name on list, 7:05 w/30 minute wait. at 8:00pm. Watched plenty of people leave, still dont have a table. With 4 of the 10 being children (age 2yrs, 5yrs 7 yrs and 13yr) it was getting too late! By the time we would have gotten a table, the youngest would have been cranky and sleepy, the three mostly grumpy from being tired and hungry. We would have had to order and my guess is that was slow as well. It would have ended up being a terrible late night out for all of us! We took our name off the list and told the hostess we were not going to stay, and with no apologies, she turned and walked away to seat the next couple! Rude rude rude!Went to Chick Fila, seated ourselves! Had full meals for 10 people on the table in under 5 minutes!!!! And all service was service with a smile and friendly attitude!! Will be taking Red Robin off of my families dining list!!

Just your regular Red Robin.We got sat pretty quick which was amazing for a Friday night. Did not feeling rushed to eat and finish quickly. Our waiter was amazing and prompt.Our meals were cooked to perfection, exactly how we wanted it cooked.Will say the portion of free fries has significantly gotten smaller over the years, but hey it’s free fries who really cares.Will be coming back!Parking: Super big parking lot to park in.
