Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

It was really good!

One burger with fries is about $20 and they didn't cook my jalapeno burger right which I'm ok with and it could've been spicier but everything else was amazing, not a single speck on the dishes no ick floaties, good food and great environment

Waitress was nice but service was a little slow throughout the night. Maybe she was just busy but I didn’t see her at any other tables. The food was better than I expected but my salad (chicken Cesar) was a little on the small side. All in all it was good.

Wanted to grab a burger after a long road trip back to the Springs. We thought we'd give the Red Robin on Jamboree a try again. Our last experience was not the best. We sat in the bar area, and our server was great, nice guy, very personable. We received our food quickly, took my first bite, and the beef in my burger fell out in 7 pieces. My wife's was the same. We both requested " a little pink". My wife's burger was well done as well. The egg on mine was burned on the bottom and completely raw on top, no over easy as stated, just gooey raw egg white. Our server was busy with others. Once I got his attention, I showed him the issue and returned the food with no request for another. Just take it off the bill. The worst thing was, I was told the Manager was okay with removing from bill but never came to the table, isn't this their job, not the server?

With the cost of eating out, having quality food and service is important. We have frequented this restaurant many times over the last 30 years. This was our last. There are many other places working harder for our business, Bad Daddys will get ours for now on when we want a burger. Sorry Red Robin but your time has come a n d gone.

the avocado cobb salad was delicious and so we're the unlimited streak fries. the server was amazing and did a great job. will definitely be back. fyi- the pizza isn't great the smoked provolone adds a weird plastic taste to it.

I got the feeling this restaurant was well managed. Dining room was clean and orderly. The hostess opened and held the door for us. Service was excellent. Food was prompt and as expected. Managers seemed to care about guest experience. This is a well run restaurant. We will return.

We came in around 8 pm on Sunday. They sat us at the bar. We waited for 10 minutes but no one even stopped by the table. I asked the hostess if anybody knew we were there and she said “I’m sure they do”. I waited a few more minutes and not even a nod from someone. So we left.

This is my family's favorite Red Robin!! Red's Tavern Double with parmesan broccoli, and my boys each had all you can eat and drink, Mac n cheese with bottomless fries and unlimited chocolate milk. Josh the manager and Dani our waitress were so wonderful, even when my bank card was declined due to a bank error. I'm coming back to pay that bill, plus a big tip! We've been coming for years, and we'll be sure to come again 😊 thank you both for being so kind and understanding. Happy Sunday to you all!
