3 15 pm Friday sept 5 , I got to the wine bar counter. The barista looked at me. Said nothing. I ordered. Paid. She then brought my drink, and again said nothing. Is this what passes for service now?

on our way back home and decided to stop by for a drink. saw the seasonal menu had strawberry matcha. asked for three since i was with a friend and family. the baristas communicated to one another and they made a face when verifying three matchas had to be made. needless to say, we were shocked to see that type of service. plus the drinks did not taste well, it wasn’t mixed. would not recommend.

Great spot to waste some time on a weekend. Rico's has some great seasonal coffee options, my favorite being the white chocolate huckleberry latte. The checkout process is much more linear than it was in the past and their rewards program is worth signing up for. Their food options are solid for a quick bite. The quiche is packed with eggy/veggie goodness and a thin crust. The lemon berry mascarpone cake is glorious when allowed to sit at room temp for a few minutes. Soft and fluffy, there is a slight twang in the cake that balances the sweetness in the mascarpone filling.

We are from out of town. We hunted for a good cappuccino and found a GREAT one here. We've come back and will continue to do so for the duration of our visit. Thank you and thank you for honoring service members. That was an awesome and refreshing discount. Ooh rah!!

I came here with my fiance. It seems we have an issue EVERY single time we come and it is purely because of the barristas.. LGBT types that treat you like garbage and have a chip on their shoulder.. don't expect to be comped if you have hair in your treat like we did. Don't expect ANY good service at all.

Was in town for just a few days and returned twice! The little back courtyard is so relaxing. The ice tea bar had great options and the coffee was delicious. Sad I have to travel so far to go back.

I visited Rico’s for the first time last night with a friend. I wanted to get a coffee before going to see the comedy show at Pike Peak Center. This place had an amazingly warm atmosphere and the live music was an extra plus. I felt so comfortable here I was able to break out of my quiet shell and sing along with the band. I can’t wait to go back and highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a good coffee and a good atmosphere.
