Rocco's Italian Restaurant

What started off as a search for a comfortable place to catch the football game, turned into a romantic candle lit dinner with stunningly delicious food and an even more refined waitstaff. Owned by Randy Rumple and opened at this location in 1982, Rocco's Italian restaurant may very well be Colorado Springs' best kept secret. To our surprise, every dish is prepared by skilled Chefs and served homemade and fresh. The Tortellini soup was perfectly seasoned and the seafood dish we ordered was blissfully creamy. Our waitress and bartender, Janel, was not only one of the most pleasant and friendly servers I've experienced here in Colorado Springs, but she also knows her way around the bar and dining room menu. She made our experience personal and was an absolute pleasure to spend the evening with. The ambiance of the dining area was cozy and romantic. Tasteful string lights, modern jazz music, and the classic red and white checkered tablecloths, helped in setting the mood for a cozy intimate evening. After dinner, my other half and I were able to move to the bar to catch the end of the Patriots game. Reasonable prices, flavorful dishes, convenient parking, cleanliness, and a memorable waitstaff were just some of the many reasons I would recommend Rocco's Italian restaurant. This charming destination was splendidly everything we didn't realize we needed.

I'm new in town. I randomly stopped here alone. They treated me like family and had amazing food! I felt so comfortable. So many desserts to choose from. Everything is sooo yummy! I can't wait to come back.

The service was good, it wasn't great, seemed to only have a couple of servers as tables began to stack up. However we went early in the evening, before the dinner rush. The food was great, it was brought out quickly, had great flavor! The table bread came out over toasted it was hard, if you left it in the sauce it softened up. All in all though we will defiantly be going again.

One of the best restaurants I've been too. The hosts were super sweet and smiley, my waitress Amanda was absolutely incredible, the food was amazing and just the whole staff was so welcoming and great. I definitely recommend Rocco's to anyone who wants to eat great Italian food.

Everyone in Colorado Springs I have to say, this is my favorite pizza in town! They're awesome! You won't be disappointed! The wait staff is also very friendly! Try Rocco's out! Seriously you won't be disappointed!

this place was the worst place ever they ruined almost everything that I put up there. I had 11 people and they couldn't get things right there cheese had a sour smell and taste horrible and I thought that it could have been better and the service there was so bad and even the manager didn't want to talk they had to send someone else to say her words that was disrespectful and not okay. Also a lot more things, but I will never go there again they messed up everything i order there it was not okay.

Good place for decent Italian food. The service can sometimes be a bit slow as they seem to not keep enough staff on hand for busy times but it is not horrible. The atmosphere is nice and it is usually quiet as long as you don't get sat in the bar area.

Nice ambiance with amazing food. The prices are a little steep but the quality and portion size makes up for it. The kids entrees were also a very good portion and high quality. I'll be dreaming about the hand pies for days to come.

Had lunch here today on the 8th. Had the spaghetti with meat ball and beef soup. The soup and meatball were very good. The spaghetti sause was very bland no taste at all. Reminded me of tomato soup. Wife had the lasagna with meat ball. She like me like the meatball best. Hope it gets tasty in the future.

Lovely locally owned family restaurant with great food.

My daughter took me out to dinner yesterday July 26,2019 it was my choice where to go, but I know she likes pasta so I suggested we go there and boy it was the best decision we made in a long time. The food was amazing. I had the prime rib and it was better then at the steak houses around town. The chicken wings were equally delicious, salad was extremely fresh and the ranch dressing the best I've ate anywhere else. My daughter ordered lasagna but couldn't eat eat because of the salad, bread and appetizer so the jury is still out on that, for the rest of the food it was yum yum yum. Atmosphere very soothing and they played a lot of Dean Martin's Italian songs. I would highly recommend Rocco's restaurant will be going back

Love this place! great food!

This is a gem on the east Central part of town. The prime rib sells out quick so beat the rush and go early. I have had several dishes there and have yet to find a dud. My kid liked their pizza too.

My fav place for tasty Italian food. i love going here. staff treated us so nice.
