Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery

i went there with 5 others, it was dead quiet, it took over an hour to get is our food, it came out burned and cold, there was trash in the seats. disgusting.

Bartender good but beer was flat.

Rock Bottom is appropriately named.

Used to live on the east side of town; Rock bottom was a frequent stop for us back in the day. Hadn't been back in 5 years or so.

Went back on a Saturday night. The place that we knew was mostly empty -- not even half full on a nice Saturday.

We waited to be seated for a good long while. There was no one working the front desk, so it wasn't until five groups had arrived that the bartender pointed out that there were customers waiting for seats. That was our first clue that this establishment was no longer decent.

After being seated, we were promptly waited on at first, but once our other guests arrived, the service slowed dramatically. We placed food and drink orders. The drinks took their sweet time to be delivered and the food took even longer.

The worst was the Margherita pizza. Touted as having their in-house crust, it tasted somewhere in between school lunch pizza in elementary school and congealed cheese on a Jiffy mix pizza crust. The tomato wasn't ripe, the cheese wasn't browned, and the whole thing was as flavorful as a shingle that was oddly both overbaked on one side and underbaked on the other.

The waitress didnt even blink at taking a whole pizza away without asking for a box. Just grabbed it and threw the check down.

All-in-all Rock Bottom has clearly hit rock bottom. Go to Applebee's instead, or just overpay for garbage in the McD's drive thru. You will save both time, money, and hassle.

Rock Bottom is awesome! Justin, our waiter, was super helpful and walked my family and I through the menu. He had great suggestions and was knowledgeable about the menu itself.
I had the Brewer's White Pie with hot honey and it was delightful. The avocado added such a light, refreshing touch and the dough was divine. The ribs were great! A touch on the drier side certainly but my brother didn't have an issue finishing half of the full rack as long as his own spine. The drinks are delish and the atmosphere of this place is rad. A little moody, a little dark, and it was really quiet when we went around 4:45 on a Sunday. The appetizers generally range from $13-$17 meals themselves range from $19-$36 but it is super worth it. The dry rub Cajun boneless wings were the best. So crispy, flavorful, will have those again. Absolutely would recommend and will be back to try more items!

We had a reservation at 7, upon arrival we had to wait about 10 min. to check in. Our waiter was great, menu selection is adequate BUT we waited about 30 min for our food. A hamburger, fish tacos & BBQ Pork sliders. When we got our food the BBQ sliders were refrigerator cold, and the tiny onion rings were soggy. Not edible. Tacos were somewhat warm, but the fish was dry. The hamburger was ok — but still not hot. We think our food just sat there in the kitchen way too long before bringing it out to us. Our waiter did remove the BBQ sliders from our bill. Though we didn't order anything as a replacement in fear of waiting another 30 min.

Some things were wrong with the order but these were quickly rectified by our professional waitress, Meagan. Service was excellent, food tasty, drinks to order, would eat here again!

Tha nachos are amazing

Great drinks and food! The dining area was pretty chill when we were here and our server, Lindsay, was so attentive, funny, and sweet! Will definitely be back and hope to have Lindsay as our server again! She was the best :)

I took my son and his family for a birthday lunch today. I got the chicken fried chicken absolutely the worst I have ever ever had . No flavor and tasted like just fried flour . The waitress was nice and apologized. My daughter in law got twisted chicken and the kids got chicken tenders . Must have been the same
Chicken with no taste and burnt . Son got jalapeño mile high burger and it was seasoned with NOTHING !!!!! The waitress was nice at first and I told her she was not the cook and not her fault . At the end we were told the kids drinks can with their meal and she got pissed and said at this point you can just leave and I
Will comp the bill . In and out is a whole heck of a lot better burger! None of the adults ate so not like we got a meal for free . I was not going to pay 75plus for that crap and was going to drop her a 20 because it was not her fault . She blew that with her attitude! Will not be going back

At one point it took over 23 minutes for our waiter to come back even though it wasn't busy. Normally I'm pretty patient but I seen our waiter at our table 4 times in an hour and a half. We wanted more drinks, couldn't get them because by the time he came back it was to drop off food and then he just walked away without saying anything to us. The food was gross, my tomato soup had curdles and I couldn't say anything because the waiter didn't come back for half an hour so I had to watch my friends eat. The food was disappointing for all three of us, overall it was a let down for the price. The fried pickles were pretty good though.

Decent variety of offerings for a party of 6. We waited 10 minutes after being seated to get a staff members attention to ask for a server. When we finally got our food one of our guests was informed their meal was burned and would be a few minutes wait yet. We don’t have much experience with sending back plates but had to send back 2 plates that weren’t cooked all the way. Server apologized mentioning there’s new cooks in back of house indicating why the food took so long and was not done right. Made right by remaking but half the table was done eating by the time the other half got their refires. 2nd time here and probably won’t be back simply due to all the other options in the area. Over $200 later for an unimpressive meal and slow service. Probably not.

We always enjoy coming to eat here. We like lunch time, because there's never a long wait. My only complaint is the portion sizes are entirely too big. I can never finish any dish here. The side Caesar salad could have been a full meal.

Dinner was great and the food and drinks were really good. Food was hot and the beer was cold and delicious. I knocked a star off cause our server Lindsay’s pants were visibly caked with dirt so I didn’t enjoy that handling my dinner

Don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to say the bartender Kendall was amazing. She had a full bar and tables an no help or bar back no management help. We even ask The manager to change the TV to the new football game. Then he made her do it absolutely no help at all The food was delicious. The only thing I would change is the management.

Food was great, beer was good. Totally understaffed and service suffered.
