The only thing I would change about this establishments food is the fries, they're kinda sad for my own preferences. Don't let that stop you from eating here. The food is delicious.

Been coming here for years. Since the days of the OG food truck, great people, great food, excited to see where this place goes!

We have ordered from RollUp before and it's always been great. Everyone has an off day but this is twice now with the same staff member. Ordered food for pick up, young lady was extremely rude and aggressive. Hate to even bring this thought up, but it seems to be determined by who is with me when I go. Super disappointed in the transaction

Our food came out fast even though it was very busy on a Sunday afternoon.

Had a very delicious black bean burger with green chiles. Other dishes i saw looked good as well. Service was quick and friendly. The vibe of the place felt a bit off. Not cozy or a place to hang out but suitable for eating and getting back out and about.

We had the breakfast burrito. It was good. Filled with delicious egg, potato, cheese, & bacon. Husband got it with green chile which was good but he said not the same as Texas green chile. One burrito can be shared. Husband said the coffee was good.
We sat outside because it was a nice morning and my husband picked out a great view of the mountains.
It’s not much to look at from the outside but inside is nice, clean and service was great.

The food here is decent, the problem is the owners and managers. They treat their workers like garbage, the owners make it seem like a privilege to be there, and then proceed to treat their staff awfully. I’ve had multiple people who have worked here and everyone says it is the worst place to be.
I have watched the owners fire people who have taken time off for family members who passed away, tell employees who are throwing up that they need to go get doctors notes or will be fired.
The idea of a food truck in fountain being ran like a Michelin star restaurant is a joke and these owners don’t care about no one but themselves.
Save yourself, don’t work here!
Edit.
I am not Anthony, I am not employee of your restaurant. I am a customer!!!

The current front of house is the best I’ve seen yet. Nicole and Nate were superstars! Super helpful about the menu and food! I have eaten here for years and it’s been amazing every time. Best food in the area!!!

I have patronized Roll Up since its days in the truck on Fontaine. The food has consistently been great over the years. Stop in today for my favorite breakfast burrito. Yum Yum!

Stopped in at lunch time. It was busy but not packed. Because I was paying with a card, I opted to order using one of their kiosks. The menu was interesting but I played it safe and ordered their chicken street tacos. Order was ready in about 10-15 minutes. Food was served fresh and hot. However, I was disappointed in the taste. The tacos were bland. The food wasn’t bad, it just lacked flavor. With each bite, the flavor of the cheese stood out the most. Even though I didn’t really enjoy my food, I would recommend giving them a try. The restaurant was clean, staff appeared friendly and they have an eclectic menu with reasonably priced food.
