This was my first time eating at Roll Up, and I must say I’m impressed. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch wrap, I wasn’t expecting the size of the wrap I received this everything tasted fresh. And this wrap is big enough to feed two people. I’ll be back to try more.

The girls behind the counter were very nice, the one who took my order just seemed shy and quiet. She could have been tired as we came in 15 minutes before closing time for them. She was nice enough and took our order and was pleasant. I don't think this is the right food place for myself and my kids. My son got street tacos, he gets them anywhere he can find them. These street tacos are less tradional than what you'd find at a street vendor for tacos. They have, I believe cotija on them and a salsa with the meat. My son didn't finish them and said they just weren't to his liking like regular ones that have meat, Pico, onions and guacamole at different places. I got the loaded fries and it also had the cotija (I think) on it and the chicken wasn't a flavor i am used to having on my loaded fries. It was a bit bland but I could tell that they seasoned it with some sort of spice just not a traditional chili sort of spice. My daughter got a grilled cheese and fries off the kids menu and she loved it all. We also got the girl scout samoa cheesecake egg rolls, these were warm and tasted nice but I didn't taste the cookie flavor they stated that they were. I think this place is just trendier than other places that sell similar items. To each their own and if you want to try something new and different from the things you usually have tasted it might be just up your ally. I am just saddened that I spent $60+ for two of the three of our family to not fully enjoy our meals.

absolutely phenomenal food, i love it soooo much. me and my mother come here a lot whenever she wants to get stoned! great food to eat while ur high, i even find myself devouring it when it's cold. ambiance is pretty good, they have a claw machine and a little section for candies / chocolates. the drinks r also very nice, i love their agua frescas, i just wish they didn't have dye! service is alright, they get the job done, the cashiers are usually very nice and its quick and easy to place an order. everything arrives hot and ive never had a bad experience here. great place to try out if the menu seems enticing.

Had the green chili burger pretty good but way to much cheese. And also I thought it would be smothered with green chili stew but it was just chopped chili's which is ok but I would have ordered something else if I'd known that. But it was still good nonetheless and the service was fastbl and good and the establishment is very clean.

You’re in need of stopping by this place today. We had lunch, and it exceeded expectations. Staff is friendly, helpful when ordering, food comes quick and the food is amazing. Flavor is there, plenty in portions, price is right on par for quality and portions.Wife and I enjoyed the burgers, but you cannot leave without cheesecake egg rolls. Bathroom was clean, too! That’s a plus.

I was quick to judge without giving the owner a proper chance to help and explain things to me the last time I came in when I had some small complaints- sorry for being the ahole way back when.I tried roll up again since and the food didn't disappoint not a single bit. The gravy tots are fire, the Carne asada tacos fantastic, the burger wasn't overcooked or mega greasy, and the drinks are amazing.If you ever pass by or even scroll by on doordash I highly recommend checking them out. If you ever have a problem go to the owner/manager before posting a review, small businesses get hurt the worst by it and the owner is really understanding/accommodating if you aren't rude.

I have been to a lot of places in the springs to eat, and this was hands down the best food I have had in the area.The menu is very diverse, as you have breakfast, Mexican, and American BBQ, all at the same place.I can say that, while this is my first time there, I will be going back many times to try everything on the menu.I can not recommend this place enough.
I ordered Smothered breakfast burrito and a cheeseburger when Uber eats got here I got the wong order I ended up getting Subway which I did not order. Very disappointed. I just what my food

This place is SEVERELY underrated. We started going here when it was a bit of a smaller establishment. The food had gotten even better since. The food is literally always fresh. A favorite of my family is the chicken wrap, bacon cheeseburger, and the quesabirria roll ups. The roll ups are probably the best thing on the menu. Fries are always well seasoned and crispy. Believe, it’s easy to mess up fries. This place gets it right, EVERY, SINGLE, TIME.
