I didn’t think I could find bad food in Colorado and dang was I wrong. This place sucks! We started off with the waiter saying there was a wait time because she was the only one helping 10+ places. It was a cold night and we really wanted ramen so we decided to stay. We then ordered 3 hot toddy’s or their version of the drink and it was disappointing. My mom watch the waiter struggled to make the kettle work so we got a Luke warm drink. It would of been nice if she was honest and asked if we wanted anything else. Instead she dropped them off at the table and when we brought it to her attention she was like “sorry we don’t have a microwave and our kettle does not work but I can ask our busy kitchen to heat it up on the stove”. Like okay, make us feel bad about your disappointing drink. Ramen was okay. According to the waiter the chicken was very spice and to be honest cholula or tapatio would of been spicier. The pork belly was good but needed more spice. My pork rib or whatever it was was kinda sweet and not my groove. In addition the ramen was also Luke warm. Would I try this place again? Absolutely, not! The bill was close to $100 where it should of been like $10. I say stay away.

I will start off by saying that the waitress here is amazing. She is so nice and genuinely caring and she deserves so much better. Now, people with food alergies or dietary restrictions be warned. They don't actually include everything in a dish on the item descriptions of the menu so... Be warned of that.On that note; why is the cook sticking his hands directly into your food without gloves on? Who can say. I know he didn't wash his hands the entire time I was watching him. Through multiple orders and downtime! He used the same unwashed hands to add meat to one dish and then immediately went to garnish a vegan dish. There is such a high contamination risk and honestly, it's just unsanitary! The food is absolutely not good enough to risk this behavior.

The broth!!!! Dang. Such deep flavor! Ok, I had the oxtail and it was absolutely amazing! A great balance of pickled carrots and grilled radicchio to brighten such silky tender richness. Quick service, a clean atmosphere, and friendly staff who answered all of my questions. Go get some ramen!!

We waited over an hour. I guess for the boa buns to cook. The pork belly was ok, but the buns themselves were kind of flat. When we did finally get the ramen it was pretty disappointing. Meat was over cooked, dry, and surprisingly cold. There was some clumping of the noodles. The broth was basically room temp so I guess they didn’t get it hot enough before throwing in the stuff they prepped. Nothing was super flavorful. I wouldn’t come back.

They recently updated their Vegan menu, their servers are very polite. We ordered Vegetable Poststickers for appetizer. For entrees, we tried Orange Seitan Donburi, Mushroom Stew, and Chicken Kaarage Lo Mein from the Vegan menu. While we enjoyed the appetizer and first two entrees, Lo Mein was too sweet for our taste. They should get an insect zapper, number of flies.

The first time I went was a few months ago and I loved the food, the service and the environment. Last time they didn’t serve much, but it filled me enough. This time I went the waitress was EXCELLENT. Loved the service, real nice, fast, attentive. The food, the ramen texture was weird, the broth was a bit weird too, my friend told me it tasted like fish. BUT! The belly pork, the BEST belly pork I’ve ever tasted and this time they served a ton of ramen ! My friend liked their food and taste. OH! PLEASE ASK FOR THE MANGO SAKE! I don’t like drinks but that one was real good. I think it’s a bit over pricey

It is a nice place with nice people but i wasn't a fan of the ramen. The noodles reminded me more of angel hair spaghetti instead of ramen. I've heard better things about the appetizers though.

Amazing! We went with the Bulgogi Meatballs, Chicken potstickers, Rippin’ Rooster Ramen! Great service, delish food, great prices!

Very limited menu, didn't have what we were wanting (a simple chicken ramen). The server was super friendly and solicitous, so I'd give the service 5 stars, but the food was very disappointing. Our chicken ramen (special order) was full of grease and tasted like nothing but grease. No flavor, desperately in need of salt and pepper at the least. We couldn't finish our ramen for all the grease. Went next door to Louie's Pizza- 100x better. Honestly, try your luck anywhere else.

Service was great but the menu offering and flavor is not that impressive. Many other ramen options available around town.

I have been there only a couple of times as I come from out of town, however every bowl I have tried has been a magical experience! in Christmas I had their ghristmas themed ramen bowl and it was amazing, and recently I went back and got a pork belly bowl which was also really good. They also switch up the drink and food menu to match a theme every month so each time is a new experience 10/10 would definitely recommend this place.

I've eaten here before and had a good enough impression that my wife and I thought we'd go back. Since it was Easter Sunday, we looked first at Yelp to confirm it was open, then went to the actual Rooster's website, using their reservation system (Table Agent) to confirm a time. I immediately received positive confirmation of the reservation, including an email directly to me. Imagine how disappointed we were to arrive and find the restaurant closed. Since that time, I have emailed and attempted to call multiple times to make them aware of the gaffe. I don't want anything, I'm not asking for anything, other than to make sure they're aware of the issue so it doesn't happen to others in the future. I've received no response to my email and their phone message says they can't take any calls at this time. I'm actually wondering if they're out of business. If so, I'm sorry that's the case. I enjoyed the Ramen I've had there in the past. If they're still in business, I hope they catch this issue and correct it.

Kind but slow service; terrible bowl of ramen.I came on a Sunday at 1330. The pork and broth were not fresh. They tasted like they came out of the fridge and reheated. The noodles were decent.Sorry to say the following because my waiter was enthusiastic and kind, but my rating is based on food: I am never coming back. Stay away.

This isn't the ramen that you might get in Shinjuku, so if you're expecting a strict hew to Japanese dishes, you might be disappointed. But delicious food is delicious food, and that's what you get at Rooster's. The Korean meatballs (once again, nothing I've ever had at Itaewon) were stupendous. The meatballs themselves might be the best I've had anywhere. And they match perfectly with the sauce. The ramen is good, and my little girls, who are fussy eaters, really liked their dish. I personally like the different renditions available. Service is friendly and the food is great. What else can you ask for in a restaurant?

I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review for a place because it’s just not the type of person I am but I’d really hate for someone to waste their money here like I did. There’s nothing more disappointing than spending money on something that’s not good so if I can prevent that from happening it’s worth it.I didn’t read the reviews before going and now that I’m posting this one I see I’m not alone in these feelings. I barely ate any of my ramen because I genuinely couldn’t do it. I got the pork belly and it was $18 and had very little flavor, the pork belly was tough and the noodles were mushy and clumped together(see picture) My boyfriend got the rippin rooster and I tried his also, his noodles were the same consistency but his did have more flavor. Overall our bill was $50 and we left hungry and had to buy food elsewhere.
