Stopped here Christmas Eve on our travels from Texas. Had great reviews- did not disappoint. Food was amazing, well-prepared, great service! We had chicken katsu and hamburger steak entrees with mac salad and rice sides - all delicious. Also shared stir-fry vegetables which were sooo good. Will definitely come again.

Delicious Hawaiian food. Portions are large and the price is well worth it- even the smaller meals are a large portion for lunch. Staff is amazing- the cashier is always so friendly, and the kitchen gets food out very quickly. Awesome if you only have 20-30 minutes to sit down for lunch. The Mac salad and garlic shrimp cannot be beat. PS: you can make a bangin fried rice with your leftover plate! Thank you Roots!

Visiting CSprings. Googled restaurants. Loved all the great reviews. Greeted with ‘“Aloha” upon entering. Ladies waiting on us highly recommended katsu, chicken teriyaki, garlic shrimp and kalbi rib. Awesome!

Staff was very nice. Food was kind of bland, chicken tasted a little gamey. Kalbi was thin, katsu was a little dry. Portions are very, very small for price. Butter mochi was stale and hard. Disappointed. Try Julie's Kitchen for Hawaiian food, you won't be disappointed.
