Ruffrano's Hell's Kitchen Pizza Cheyenne

Docked a star because the manager on shift was bossing around staff while he sat and ate pizza with friends, kinda odd. Other than that super good food, vibe, and service.

Reminds me of how my very Italian uncle used to make me pizzas. 15/10 will be back. Also soft garlic knots! So good!

This place is definitely the lunch spot. Great atmosphere, always have a good time chatting with the cooks.

Excellent pizza, just like NY/NJ. Enormous slices also. It's great to find pizza of this caliber without having a 5 hour plane trip. 10/10 will definitely be returning!

DISGUSTING, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. My cousin and I went in to grab a bite to eat and an application for him. The tall, white male with glasses was insanely rude from the very start and didn’t want to give us an app even though it says “now hiring” on the window. He acted like taking our food order was an inconvenience to him as well. My cousin then called after we left to see when the hiring manager would be in. This same man (tall white guy w glasses) answered the phone and refused to tell him when the manager would be in. He was cussing and displaying the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever seen. He hung up on us several times and then wouldn’t answer the phone after that. I guess he isn’t aware that this is a business and not his personal cell. We will be sticking to the manitou location because we’ve never had a bad experience there!

Not really happy with my order this time. I ordered to go and I ask for half four cheese pizza and half pepperoni large pizza. At the beginning I asked if it's okay to do a half and I purposely asked for 4 cheese first as the first half and pepperoni as the second half. I never thought of asking to see if the order that was taken was correct or not. For I've ordered from here before and I've never had that issue. But apparently when my mom went to pick up the pizza they gave here half a regular cheese pizza and half pepperoni. I mean I know this sounds petty but I'm not happy that my order tbh. It's sucks that there was a misinterpretation of what I said vs what was put on the pizza. I guess next time I'll repeat I want 4 cheese pizza and say not regular cheese pizza. That's two different things in my opinion.
BUT aside from all that they gave my mom two free four cheese pizza slices on top of the large pizza. And the teriyaki wings were good too like always. I like their wings compared to a lot of other wings in the city. We will be coming back just have to my order more clear next time.
