1 star because zero is not an option. Pizza was old, salad had gnats all over it. Service was even worse, Ordering a slice and salad is too complicated to get right.

People their are awesome and I love the pizza. It's a bit pricey but it's good, if it were cheaper it would be my go to pizza spot.

I've eaten here before, so the food was great. However, due to staff shortages disappointed when wanting a pie.

Come in here only four slices of pizza and two drinks they forgot one of my slices. Later that day me and my buddy I went with are sick and cal leave the toilet. Would not recommend if you done want to be stuck to the toilet for 2 days.

This place has very good thin slice pizza... My go to is their Pepperoni or just their cheese can't go wrong.

I walked into the ice cream side and asked if I could order both pizza and ice cream. They said no. I then asked for chocolate ice cream and they said “is a cone okay?” because they had no ice cream cups! I said I wanted a cup and they held up a fountain drink clear plastic cup and asked if it was okay if it was put in there. I then asked for a milkshake and they seemed very confused and asked around about the recipe for the milkshake. I went ahead and said “nevermind” and ordered the ice cream.

I then tried to pay with tap and I could not tap to pay even though the “pizza” side I’m able to tap to pay. So then I asked if I could order pizza and ice cream on the “pizza” side. She said yes. Which then I wondered…why can I order pizza and ice cream from the “pizza” side but not the ice cream side? Things were really not making sense and this was kind of the last straw with this location. The ice cream is really good and so is the pizza but the employees always seem like they have no idea what to do when people order both. If it’s supposed to be two different businesses then they should build a wall between the two. The employees seem super inconvenienced when I order ice cream - and all I got last time was a single scoop of chocolate ice cream!!

This place used to be awesome. I don’t know what happened. But it totally sucks now in terms of service and atmosphere. The employees seem confused and bored at the same time even though they’ve got work to do. God forbid you order a calzone - they'll give you the worst deer in headlights look ever. Like I said, last night was the last straw. When they said I could go to the other side to order and tap to pay, we instead just left and went to Baskin Robbins and I got slices from the Southgate Hell’s Kitchen.

Called in an order they said 35 min showered up at 35 mins payed them waiting another hour in the store for my food while the place was dead and 5 people working

Customer service has been horrible ever since the ice cream section opened. Most of the employees seem incapable of completing even the most simple tasks. Pizza is still great though.

Being from the East Coast, especially the Tri-State area it is hard to find a pizza place that is a taste of home. This is it though. This really is an awesome find. Will definitely be visiting on the regular.

Ordered delivery of a vegetarian pizza. It arrived warm, not hot. Not enough tomato sauce, cheese, or toppings. Absolutely anemic. Thorough disappointment. Never again.
