Food was ok but I’ve been there twice and got the ribs platter and got 3 ribs the first time and 2 the second time ? Idk maybe they feed you what they have at the time . Also, they do a poor job keeping food

Eveything from the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out eveything is fantastic. Sabrina is just the sweetest kindest lady ever! I got the gumbo and Mac and cheese and my goodness I'm full, happy and wanting more! TRY THE CORNBREAD! Amazing experience 10/10 highly recommend!

As someone who frequently travels for work, I make it a point to support Black-owned restaurants. During my travels in Colorado, where such establishments are somewhat rare, I was fortunate enough to discover Sabrina's Soul Food Restaurant and decided to give it a try for lunch. My order included fried catfish, cabbage, rice and gravy, cornbread, and fried gizzards. The meal was thoroughly enjoyable, although I did encounter a minor hiccup with the rice and gravy being served cold. Fortunately, the staff at Sabrina's were prompt and efficient in addressing the issue, allowing me to savor the warmth and deliciousness of the entire meal. The food was truly delightful, and based on my experience, I would heartily recommend Sabrina's to anyone looking for great soul food.

I’m from New Orleans Louisiana nd moved to Colorado 3 years ago nd I couldn’t find a place that had food that tasted like home until I came to Sabrina’s Soul Food, I had the fried catfish, red beans & rice, with cornbread and everything was very well seasoned and tasted amazing 10/10 and the hospitality was great!

Great food and great customer service. I ordered the oxtails thinking they were going to be small portions, but nope I was wrong! Flavor was amazing, Collard greens on point, Mac and cheese was really good could've been a tad bit cheesier but I was more than satisfied with it, and catfish with the white bead was bussin (that's for the young people). I would recommend and I would even come back next time I'm in the mood for some down south soul food like grandma used to make!

Loved the staff, they were sweet and friendly. They gave good portions on everything, but the greens could have been more. The food was good enough so that most of us bought extra portions to take home for the next day, and it tasted just as good as it did the day before. Must get the cat fish and greens. The fish was absolutely superb. Cooked perfectly - crispy on the outside and nice and juicy on the inside. Hope they stay in business - best fish I've had in years.

I am from Alabama and I have to give this place MAD respect! The food is so damn good and it took me back to my first family reunion. Since I have been living in Colorado, this is the ONLY soul food spot that deserves the words 'Soul Food' in it's name! I am happy as hell I found this place today! The second I spotted the sweet potato pie I ain't have a doubt in my mind I was going to enjoy the food and I was right!! All I can think about is my grandma's cookin ?. From the 90s r&b music playing in the background all the way to the black representation of famous figures in Hollywood, the ambiance and atmosphere sets the whole tone for what to expect. Ya'll got my heart and a new customer, stay soulful ??.

Let me just say. I am from Texas , and finding good food in Colorado , well the springs area has been rough. This place exceeded my expectation. I ordered the fried catfish , red beans and rice and collard greens. I’m from the south so I know good greens. The greens were so flavorful. I will definitely be back to try the meatloaf.

This food is so good that I almost stopped in the middle of eating to leave this review ? prob the best food I've had in the Springs.I am a HARSH critique of food and always get mad that I spend money on something that isn't as good as my food. Sabrina's food is 10x BETTER than my food and that's a huge feat.Eat here! It was a little over 40 for 2 ppl but 100% worth it. Portion sizes are very hardy and any meat from Sabrina's will just melt in your mouth ?Spare ribs - sliding off the bone, delicious tangy golden rib sauceMac and Cheese - as good, if not better than mine, very simple and deliciousGumbo - BEST gumbo I've EVER tasted, has crab in it, where most restaurant gumbos will omit crab to save on costs but not Sabrina's

The fish is delicious but you only get one piece which was very disappointing, the red beans were not good and bland . The greens were delicious but the Mac and cheese was disgusting. None of the plates come with cornbread just white
