I was going to complain about this Safeway after last night's experience but after seeing all these negative reviews I figured what's the use. I can plainly see it is a lost cause! I'll never shop here again.

Today's visit was a confirmation why we started doing most of our shopping at Kings Super even though this facility is much closer. Came in at 6:30a. Full cart of groceries and no full serve checkout lines open - just self serve. Attendant stood 3 feet away, never said a word, no offer of assistance. And I was the only customer at the checkout. Not a one off occurrence.

Terrible service from pickup. They didn't have my 6pm order ready until 7:45 pm and then the manager lied to me and said pickup closed at 7 pm, it closes at 8 pm. He then proceeded to cut me off multiple times and have a nasty ass attitude because he had to do his job. Do not go to pickup to this safeway go to the people on Nevada. These people are rude little bitchez for no reason other then having to do their job correctly for once.

Most of the time they have what I need. If not, they are always great about giving me a raincheck. I went in on May 6 and checked out with Kerigan. She was very pleasant, and it was a pleasure checking out with her. She had a wonderful personality. I hope everyone who goes through her line appreciates her and all the others who have to put up with a lot of crap from people who are just plain rude.

Saw a white man walking around store ranting and talking with racial slur to an asian man. No employee even intervene with this man to get him out of the store. The sad part is, handful of white shoppers seem to support this man who does not have any grocery items on his hands. I had been doing my grocery shopping here for many years and it's time for me to do business somewhere else. This is a terrible store who does not have equity, diversity and inclusion in place.

Hello Safeway Face Book Page here is a picture of the fly that was clearly mixed in with the icing on the donut I purchased from the bakery this morning. They were fresh, I will also add the the bakery department is probably the most unfriendly I've encountered to date!! Evidently pictures can't be added??? Sorry
This store desperately needs self checkout. There are always long lines and most people have less than 5 items. King Soopers on Uintah is so much better at staffing their check out lines and have tons of self checkout. This store would make so much money if they invested a little bit of money in self checkout and hired a few more checkers.
