They had very nice service, and the food was delicious. Very good vegan options and they were very nice. We recommend it.

Stick with the Bún.I went off script and tried the Chef Specialties Seafood Combination. Sauce was thin and flavorless, so I added peanut sauce and chili to it. Ok. The seafood that was included was not all done appropriately. And the squid in there was ridiculously chewy. I would have sent it back but they brought the food 10 minutes after my table had already been eating their bún.

It makes me so sad to write this, because Saigon used to be my go-to place for lunch and dinner. It wasn’t unusual for my partner and I to eat here once a week.I knew new ownership had taken over, but really wanted to come in with optimism and an open mind. I expected it to not be entirely the same, and was ready to let hiccups / learning curves go, but oh boy did this exceed my worst expectations. By far the worst “Vietnamese” food I’ve ever had. Everything was so bland and the texture was so off, I might has well had been at an airport ordering “pho” from Panda Express. If the new owner makes some serious changes, and acknowledges their very rocky start, I might give it another try… but I’m not optimistic.

This place sold in November to a new owner and it is not worth coming to anymore. The atmosphere is sad, the service is worse, the food menu has been slashed, and the quality of the food is not there any longer. Avoid them until they fix their problems.

Recently this fine establishment has had new owners and they are KILLIN' it! By far the best vegan Pho I've had in the Springs (maybe even my life??). They have a ton of vegan and gluten free options (in addition to meat options). Their food is exceptional and the menu well thought out. Highly highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: veganvegetariangluten free

The food was actually inedible. Parts of our meal weren't cooked, parts were very overcooked, and none of it had any real flavor.Soup dumplings were ... dumplings in soup ... That's not what soup dumplings are. ??‍♂️Regrets only.

I was hesitant with the change and reviews but gave it a try. I am happy I did. It was amazing. They had a new egg roll dessert that was so yummy. My favorite was always chicken fried rice and this did not disappoint. It had the perfect combination of vegetables and meat. The flavor was fantastic.

We had a delicious lunch here today. The staff were all friendly and helpful with choices from the menu.We chose two amazing dishes. One dish was chicken fried rice, which came with an egg roll. So fresh and flavorful. Some of the best fried rice I’ve eaten. The other dish was a Vietnamese bowl with egg rolls. We loved both meals and will definitely be back for another meal. Lunch prices are reasonable and portions were generous!

Amazing food and atmosphere! The new owners have done an incredible job of revising the menu, but not changing the recipes!

Great place to get Asian food. The service is good, and the owners are great. They have been around for over 20 years for a reason. My only critique is that the prices are a little high for what you get. Nice restaurant.

leaving this review on both listings of this place. went in to eat feeling a little cautious but hopeful about new ownership. it exceeded the worst expectations i could have had. very different atmosphere, almost EVERY staff member was white which was not a great sign. the menu now says "inspired by traditional vietnamese food" which is not what i want to hear from a place that's supposed to serve vietnamese food.i don't usually stress about quick service myself but it's worth noting it took about 20 mins to be able to place our order. the food was far worse than anything else that had been worrying me, incredibly disappointing. vietnamese egg rolls which i used to love were hardly edible. noodle bowl was mostly the same but the meat had less flavor and the sauce it comes with is terrible now. soup dumplings were terrible, and somehow tasted very similar to the egg rolls. i will say that it's almost entirely certain that if you liked the food here under the old ownership you should look for somewhere else to eat instead. i'm disappointed and frustrated that i had to pay so much for terrible food but more so i am sad that one of my favorite places to eat in the whole city turned out this way. as a side note - they had to take down all the many many awards they used to have on the wall, which is ironic considering they will never get another one. tl;dr: DO NOT EAT HERE 〜
