Absolutely delicious. This is a perfect example of authentic Vietnamese cuisine with the natural umami flavor. Everything is clean and fresh. You can just tell when you eat how fresh and high-quality the ingredients are. Thank you so much. We'll be back!Best Vietnamese food we've had in the Springs!

This place allowed myself and multiple other people to place orders online without any way of cancelling the order on a day that they were closed even though on google they are advertising that they are open. I would 100% call to place your to-go orders or just go to a restaurant that’s not this scummy.

Outstanding food with superb customer service. If you're in CO Springs, Saigon Tapioca is a must.I sincerely intended to photograph my food, but one bite in...I couldn't stop myself. The cream cheese and crab wonton is delectable; myriad flavors bloom from the creamy open-faced centers, marrying with a house-made duck sauce.Their wings are to die for. Umame was invented within the authentic Vietnamese sweet chili sauce!! Fried to perfection, pho real... you cannot find a better wing in springs.Don't forget to top of your meal with a boba, milk tea, or smoothie. Their unique cream cheese matcha green tea may sound strange, but it pairs to perfection with their flavors. We will eat here again with photos to come, posthaste!!

I picked up two refreshing boba drinks with popping boba and thought they were really good..not too sweet like some places. I just wish it was closer to where I live

The "vegetarian" options all have fish sauce, and the single one that doesn't has chili powder with shrimp.Beware if you don't eat meat.

I usually go here once or twice a week for dinner. I usually order a pho and spring rolls. This food is very consistent and it always taste good. Great staff that is always happy to help. I have never dined in, but the takeout is simple. They have a window on the outside or you can walk in.

Always excellent food and service. Drive all the way from Fountain and pass 3 Vietnamese restaurants to get to this one. The best in town!

First time trying this place, The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We got the rare steak pho, pork belly bahn mi and the crab cheese wontons. Everything was delicious, fresh and filling. Price is extremely fair. Looking forward to trying more on the menu.

Good Vietnamese food, lots of different dishes. First time we ate there, it was good.

My wife and I stopped by for lunch. While the atmosphere may not be upscale, the food did make up for it. The grilled chicken was very flavorful and I liked my grilled pork Banh Mi. I would prefer food orders to come out the same time, especially with a couple. I did have to wait for a little longer after my wife's rice dish was served. But again for a basic sit down and lunch, I can't say I was expecting too much. All the staff seemed sincere and friendly.
