Salsa on the Rock Fresh Mexican Grill

I’ve never had a bad experience here. The food is always wonderful, the servers are on it and it’s always clean. It’s reasonably priced too!

Crunchy, cheesy, and utterly addictive, these nachos are a flavor explosion that will leave you craving more a snacking masterpiece!

This is hands down one of my favorite places to eat. I can't believe we just recently discovered them. Courtney and Scott go above and beyond in all customer service areas. Courtney is always our go to server if she is working. She is funny, friendly, fast, and makes you feel like family. Scott does a wonderful job of checking in and you often see him helping the staff.

The queso is one of the best I've ever had and their sopapillas are tasty. We have not tried anything yet that didn't meet our high standards. Hats off to the cooking team. Everyone is truly spectacular and I highly recommend them.

We love salsa on the rock!!! So lucky to have it in our neighborhood I love the surf and turf burrito can’t wait to go tonight!! Also the avocado fries with the sauce is amazing I need that sauce for everyday use! Thank you for being so good! :)

When my In laws ask where we want to eat in the springs my go to is always salsa on the rock. The food is great service is great. I always get the pineapple martini with the extra little shaker, not overly sweet and so great. The best thing on the menu in my opinion is the pick two fajitas and I get the steak and Portobello the steak is always super tender and it’s a beautiful combo! Will be back again and again!

So let's start with the food. It was AMAZING! Each bite explodes with flavor. The presentation is good too. When you first come in you get some chips and 2 salsas with a small bowl of tomatoes. There's a brownish one that's not spicy, but smokey and delicious. Then there's a pineapple habanero one that is extremely spicy! (That one is the one in the picture.) I got the Fajitas Combo and it comes with chicken and steak. They also make their own tomato sauce. They both burst into a delicious flavorful symphony in your mouth! The lemonade is also really good. It's not too sweet and not too sour. The details that they put in the decorations for the restaurant are so beautiful. It made me feel like I was in a tropical paradise for a second. When I came it was around Christmas time and they played Christmas Carol's and they somehow made them sound kinda tropical. I would definitely come here again.

This is a great local restaurant. The food is always good, as is the service. It's a small place and can be busy on the weekends. Some dishes can run out on busy nights. They offer a gluten-free menu.

Food wasn't special, plates were hot, but not the food. Service was the best, attentive,polite, friendly. I'll try a different dish next time.

Portion size is kind of crazy small. 30 dollars for shrimp and steak fajitas and only get two shrimp. Like I support mom and pop shops however this can be better. So many places to where one could go for better bang for your buck. Food is good just again I got 2 cut up shrimp in my fajitas that were 30 bucks. Wasn't even 2 whole shrimp..
