I just love everyone at Urban Egg! All of the employees are always happy, hustling and will do anything to accommodate your requests. Special shout out to my girl Lisa because she has always been a genuine and caring employee. She takes her job seriously and is always mindful of her customers. She ensures my meals are perfect and knows all my kids’ fave drinks. She has become fam! Our family truly loves her.My husband teases me that we go where everyone knows my name ? Cheers! IYKYKI woulda took more food pics but we gobbled our food. Our fave is the carnitas bowl. The carnitas is sooooo good! It’s not heavy or greasy. Add it to the breakfast tacos as a special request you will not be disappointed. My husband’s go to is their huevos rancheros and my daughter & sis in law loved em as well. Their pancakes are the perfect fluff and the biscuits and gravy are super yummy. I’m picky about gravy being greasy but their gravy is complementary to all ingredients and sides. Sometimes I request a side of their red & green chile to add on top of the gravy. Oh! And you have to get the Maui Waui double ? Again, all servers remember my requests and what I like but I have a fave… I know y’all gonna see this but y’all know I love me my Lisa. Oh! I left town for a few years. I longed for this restaurant while I was away. If I could choose last meal, it would be the Rocky Mountain corned beef hash with their Bloody Mary. Coming back, it was even better than before. Our server Kenny was top notch.
