Stopped in today as a second choice because Monicas tacos only had a drive thru and i was in a commercial vehicle. Because of the small ordering area and someone already there standing in front of the menu we decided to look at drive thru menu so we could quickly order. The person working there scolded us saying “thats the drive thru” as if we were too stupid to figure that out. When i told him we’re looking at the menu he angrily replied the menus over here. Being how no one else was there i can’t imagine why this was such a big deal. After ordering and receiving our tiny, overpriced sandwiches i said thank you sir and he turned his back and walked away with no reply. When selling mediocre at best food for overpriced rate the last thing you should have is an attitude problem.

The Tejon is amazing and life changing, and I thought the guy at the window that the person below complained about was just part of the experience ?? you don’t have to talk dude, because the sammiches you made speak for themselves. This place is a new staple for me.

The meatball sandwich was really good! The service, not so much... I pulled up, the window opened, and I got, "Sammich shack, what would you like?" I told the guy behind the window that I had never been there, so I didn't know. He just sat there and said nothing. No take your time, let me tell you a little bit about us and what we have, nothing. Uncomfortable silence that caused me to choose quick. "Chips and a drink?" is all I was asked, after I said no thank you, he charged me by pushing a credit terminal towards me which he held tight, no words mind you as I tried to pull this closer to me to see what I was doing. Then he disappeared for a few min, opened the window, handed me a to-go container and a napkin, and closed the window. No thank you, have a nice day, enjoy, or anything. I'm sorry if you're having a bad day, but customer service is more than that. Not sure I'll go back, even though the sandwich was really good.

I travel around for work a lot. And my go to for lunch is a sandwich. I like finding local places. I’ve had a lot of sandwiches in many different cities.I will be thinking about the sandwich I got from Samich Shack for a long time. It was that good. Places like Subway are now dead to me so long as I am within an hour drive of Samich Shack.I also don’t tend to go to the same place twice during the same work trip. But, I will be going back to this place tomorrow.Parking: Plenty of convenient parking.
