Santana's Vegan Grill

Just had the chance to finally try this amazing place and wow—absolutely incredible plant-based comfort food! The chicken sandwich was crispy, flavorful, and totally hit the spot. The chocolate peanut butter shake? Phenomenal—rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. But the standout might’ve been the cinnamon roll—honestly the best I’ve ever had. And the rice krispie treat was just as amazing. If you’re anywhere near the area, this place is a must-visit!

Cheeseburger and chicken sandwich are amazing. The ice cream they use for the milkshake is local and I chocolate peanut butter is the best milkshake I've had. Partner loves the vanilla one. Big portion of French fries

Amazing food and friendly staff!

I have been a long term, loyal fan of Santana's for many years. The food quality went down post-covid but I continued to support them as they were once my favorite restaurant. During the past few months the order quality has been terrible. After 4 out of 6 of my orders were wrong, I decided to call the store. I was spoken down to, the issue wasn't resolved and I was told the order was right. The issue in question? They gave me a gluten bun when I PAID for a gluten free bun. This happened multiple times. They also forgot my milkshakes on my delivery orders every single time - they are ~$10 a piece. They consistently forgot my beverages. They consistently messed up my orders, neglected to include the sauces I paid for, etc. In the store, on pick up orders, delivery - doesn't matter. They once brought me Buffalo sauce instead of kitchen when I dined in. The incompetence is surreal. Dusty doesn't care about his store, employees or customers. Santana's blew up but they're reputation is quickly deteoriating. They claimed if they "really" messed up so many of my orders they'd be closed... I only asked for a refund for one order because I hate complaining on restaurant staff having managed a restaurant myself. Dusty if you read this, you need to get your act together because you are not God and you will lose that restaurant if you keep it up. I also have friends who have worked here and it's pretty disgusting what they allow. If you have celiac disease, I implore you to dine elsewhere.

Great food and great workers but PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD FIX THE SPEAKER. Was told that the owner was asked to fix it but nothing is being done. Please it makes things hard for your hard working workers.

#1 spot in Colorado Springs, and I'm saving that as someone who regularly orders out.

Best place to grab a variety of vegan options at anytime of the day. It’s ALMOST at 5 stars from me. Very good during the day and lunch, dinner can sometimes be less impressive though. Also, the drive through needs a microphone/speaker upgrade, they seem to have trouble hearing through it often.

Definitely recommend their new vegetable soup, it’s flavorful and perfect on this snowy day! Our go to order: strawberry dream smoothies, fries & tots and of course our son‘s favorite- the deluxe barbecue bacon cheeseburger. Their menu has so much variety there is sure to be something for everyone in the family :D! #Veganuary

Santana’s always hits the spot when I’m in the mood for fried vegan junk food! I’ve tried a lot of their menu and have loved almost all of it. Some favorites are the buffalo chick’n sandwich, the chick’n parm sandwich, the bac’n cheezburger, their breakfast items, and their new pizza. They also have great deals on Josh&John’s ice cream and milkshakes made with oat milk.

We have been to Santana’s Vegan Grill only a couple of times before, but each time the food is extraordinary! We love the food, and the employees working at the grill were very nice! Will recommend and return.

Chicken parm had no taste whatsoever, there are much healthier options out there. Wouldn't recommend.

What didn't we like about this place. The price is super reasonable for 4 of us it was under $50. Definitely, it is recommended. Can't wait to come back next year!!

Love the food, but they left a gross and sexist comment on another post of a woman with muscles. Will never return. I'm really shocked by what they seem to think is funny. Super disappointed by Santana's. 👎👎
