Spent $13 on 4 tacos that had nothing in them other than a sprinkle of vegan steak. Nothing else?!When I went in to complain they told me "that's what it is"?!They could have spent another $1 to put some onions, cilantro, and maybe pico (they did NOT include any of these).I'm so enraged!Update: instead of the proprietor making it right, and fessing up to their mistake. They instead try to gaslight me into believing that there were onions and cilantro in it?!

I was thrilled to learn the Colorado Springs now has a vegan grill. I had high hopes that it would be great and it absolutely is. Fantastic, great tasting food at a very reasonable price. The only change I would suggest is to lower the cost of making the burger a double. It is $4. I think that is too much. Otherwise, I am delighted and will be going often. Although I've been vegetarian for decades, I think meat eaters would like it, too. Highly recommended!!!!
NOT accommodating for a food allergy. Called in advance. Everything is cross contaminated. Left without ordering any food. Long drive for nothing. Strange location in the parking lot of a gas station/other fast food joint. Very disappointing, I have wanted to try this place for years.

Best fries anywhere!Vegetarian options: It's a vegan restaurantDietary restrictions: They also offer gluten free items (I'm gluten free due to health reasons ,so really appreciated this) they state clearly what is gluten free.Kid-friendliness: I've brought my teenage and my 6 yr old, and they both love it.

We've always been excited that there was a vegan fast food place here in town, and for the first few years we were really happy with the food and service. Unfortunately, over the last year, maybe a bit longer, both have depreciated significantly. The prices have gone up a surprising amount while portion sizes have gone WAY down.We understand that the pandemic hurt the restaurant business, and that the increasing cost of supplies have forced them to raise their prices in order to stay open. However, at Santana's it seems that the stress has taken too much of a toll. Servers are indifferent at best and occasionally hostile. At the same time, as evidenced in other reviews, the owner/manager seems to be unwilling to take responsibility for legitimate customer dissatisfaction while adamantly refusing to offer refunds even in cases where the customer is definitely entitled.I'm sorry to see this business so far into the weeds. I hope they can get back on course. They occupy a necessary place in the community.

Amazing food, love seeing an all vegan restaurant like This with many options and a drive through! Going to stop by every time I’m in the springs!
I've been twice now. Both times I got the thousand Island Burger and it was great both times. I've tried the fries and the tots and liked them both. I think I liked the tots more as they are much cronch (see pic). my total was $16 something for the 2 items.Removed one star because the gal working the register did that uncomfortable thing where she stands there staring at you but doesn't say anything so you awkwardly stand there waiting for the greeting then eventually realize it's not coming so you stammer on your own words when you speak because you're thrown off. Anyway, please greet your customers! ✌?
Love this place. Never had a bad meal. Wish they had a location closer to me in monument. Have to add onto this and say that the new pizza they have is absolutely wonderful.
