We were in Colorado Springs for the Fallen Firefighter Memorial, and I was looking for gluten-free food and came upon Sasquatch cookies. Not only did they have a GF-friendly chocolate chip cookie, they package them individually to prevent cross-contamination. My husband picked up a half-dozen - we weren't expecting the cookies to be the size of my face! (That's not a complaint, btw!)

Got the special: Oreo and Nutella, easily the best cookie of my life! Edges were slightly crispy, cookie was still gooey, you could tell they browned the butter and used enough salt so it wasn't sickeningly sweet. I would give this 10/5 stars if I could
