Emily is aweful.!! Not professional, not helpful, and all around horrible employee. The food was good, and the young woman working the register was super helpful, and should get Emily's job. We asked for any kind of oil&vinegar for the somewhat dry sandwich aka just to give it a little something and she said "we do not have anything" like that"! 5 min later I go to register and advise I did not care for the ranch and picked the Greek and (vinegarette) " what ? You don't say!! As we finished asked for 2 to go boxes ( my SALAD, ND my husband's SANDWICH) Emily advised we get one to Share!! ARE YOU KIDDING.? As expected the sandwich was soggy today, and yes due to my (wet) salad being in the same container. We will not be back due to EMILY

I've eaten at Schlotzsky's many times, over the years, and they've been consistently good all of the time.

I used to consider them one of the most expensive fast food places, but things have changed so much, recently, that I would say they're right on a normal range, now.

I haven’t been to Schlotzsky’s in a good while, but I’m definitely glad I came back today! When I entered the restaurant, I was hit by a wave of delicious smells coming from the Cinnabons. The environment itself definitely fit the theme of the restaurant, the interior was overall very cozy. I also noticed it was clean and there was a good amount of seating. As far as service goes, the service at this location is great, I felt bad for the employee, as he had to do front counter and drive through at the same time. Nonetheless, he took our order and brought out are food in no time! I gotta say, visually as far as the food goes, I was taken back. The sandwich was made with the freshest ingredients, and tasted as if it was just made. I enjoyed the consistencies with the textures, the bread was toasted, the meat wasn’t dry at all, and was in fact flavorful. The veggies were also fresh and chopped well. The value of this meal was pretty good, for the drink, sandwich, and chips, I believe it was around 12-14$. I’ll definitely be coming back after this visit!

Great service and value priced quality food

The Ice Cream Lab

They didn't give us our cinnamon rolls, when I called she took my name and number and said pick them up whenever your available. Tried picking them up... they refused. Sooo they just like to steal your money and be rude. Rich was outrageously rude and not helpful what so ever. Never coming here again.

This is not the original cinnamon rolls that they sell at any other Cinnabon place. It taste bland & basic. This is not the same taste in icing it’s so thin. I ordered a total of 6 cinnamon rolls and I don’t even want to eat all of them. I feel like I wasted my money.

Food was beyond basic, tastes like sams clubs bulk foods and selling it here. My chicken ceaser had 5 thin slices of chicken and alot of old lettuce. Turkey club was not good either. Just tastes like low quality foods for an expensive price.

I waited at the drive thru 10 mins for a cold pizza, hmmm. I paid extra for the supreme that had no onion, no olives, and I asked for tomatoes which the receipt showd and didn't get that either. Some of the sausage didn't taste fresh. The crust was the best part but being cold was not!
The salad could have included a little more salad mix, it's very small.
No napkins either. I wouldn't dream of Tipping yall and glad I didn't. I won't be back.

I love Schlotsky’s. Love their food. But last night, bout 7pm, experience sucked. The girl at the front counter was extremely rude (not the girl with the pink hair!) and very short while we ordered. Then, towards the end, I sent my son (14) in to grab some extra paper to wrap our Sammies and after about 5 minsc he’s still not back so I go in. He’s standing at the counter waiting, and that same girl is in the corner with her head in her phone just texting away.. so I’m standing there with him (you my to give it another 30 seconds) and she just comes over with a very flat tone “what can I get you?”. When she comes back with the paper wraps and paper bag, she just hands them to me and walks away before I can say thank you.
I get it’s probably a minimum wage job, but you look lazy when you have people waiting and your head is in your phone. At least look up and see if anyone is waiting and then come and say “hi! How can I help??”. I know, I know, that takes effort..

The girl with the (I think) pink hair was Avery Friendly when she brought out food out to the patio!
