Terrible customer service. Very rude look from the woman running the drive thru today I ordered around 2pm. She didn’t smile, handed me my food with attitude and didn’t say a word. The food is cold and cheese barely melted on my pizza and tastes bland. Not coming back. Hire better employees who will give welcoming costumer service.

I have been to all three locations in the Springs many times, but I am giving this one a review because I like it the best. The Garden of the Gods location is pretty good too, and I have been to the North Academy locations 3-4 times and have never liked the food they put out. It's a shame because the North Academy location is the only one open at 7am, but the food always comes out there tasting weird and not as fresh as the other two locations.Considering this is more of a "fast food" type restaurant, the food is very solid. The best item this chain produces is the bread (pizza / calzone crust & sandwich buns). The overall pizza is just ok or slightly above average, however..if you are looking for an amazing pizza then go to a pizza shop. Considering this place is not a pizza place, the pizza isn't bad though.The pastrami reuben with a sourdough bun isn't bad either; I have had a lot of pastrami from "real" restaurants that are way better but for fast food this sandwich isn't too shabby.I prefer the beef bacon smokecheesey sandwich to the pastrami reuben..it has a more mellow flavor than the pastrami reuben and all the flavors blend together and support each other better. The pastrami and thousand island are both super strong and contrasting; the pastrami reuben is still pretty decent but in comparison I'll take the beef bacon smokecheesey every time.The Italian calzone is ok although the French dip is the best in my opinion. The marinara that comes with the Italian calzone is nothing special..it was too sweet for me. The crust is really soft, though, which I appreciated.The Cinnabon items are decent, although they tend to be a little dry. I eat at a lot of bakeries and shops that specialize in confectionary items though, so the average person might be more impressed with it than the few times I have had their Cinnabon items.

Always love Schlotzsky's! Was 5 star.UPDATE: 3-3-24I love Schlotzsky's. Have since I was a kid. This is a non- service industry. Why are you asking for a TIP? Did somehow you go above and beyond in service? Was handing my sandwich to me not covered by the $12 I spent on the sandwich? I am reducing my rating because you are asking for tips in a non-service industry. Not only that but the lady behind the counter had a bad attitude. No greeting for me when I came in, I had to greet her. She just looked at me. She did speak to me after that, up until i put no tip. Then she just stared off with a crusty look on her face. ugh! Won't go here again if this continues. NOW 1 STAR.

I've eaten at Schlotzsky's many times, over the years, and they've been consistently good all of the time.I used to consider them one of the most expensive fast food places, but things have changed so much, recently, that I would say they're right on a normal range, now.This last time, we ordered a large sandwich, which was honestly big enough for large meals for 2 people. The amount of meat and toppings on it were truly shocking, and the taste was great! We also ordered a pizza, on the side, that was really unnecessary, but also very tasty. The kids pizza that we ordered for our little guy was small, but sufficient for a child.Can't complain - they're continuing to do a great job!

Always great service * well times have changed this time service was decent but in the soda fountainonly Orange soda available and of course was not informed before adding a drink toy to my order.... * Another update ordered 3 sandwichs 1 being gluten free picked them up (My fault for not checking them first) and of course got home it was regular bread to went back and they said they were out of GF bread. Nothing else offer including money back. Very disappointed in customer service here!!!

We ordered the pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. The crust was amazing. So light that it didn't distract from the sauce, the cheese, and the meat. I would definitely go back over and over again. Also the wait staff was very accommodating.

This was my first visit to any Schlotzsky’s. I ordered a small sized avocado and turkey sandwich which was brought to my table. The cashier and the server were all very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I enjoyed my luncheon and I’ll come back again.
I own a restaurant, the experience and energy inside this store is not good, the employees do not care and do not provide service at all.Upon entering the store there was a young lady who brought food outside to the drive through customer, at the same time there was a lady with a cane walking towards the door, instead of holding the door for the lady, the employee walked off and entered the building leaving the lady to get the door herself.my husband and myself entered the store to order our food, the same lady was sitting in a chair waiting for her food, (the lady was an older lady) she asked for a cup of water the manager gives her a cup and tells her water is over there, sooo. My husband took the cup from the lady and asked if he could get her water for her, she said thank you and he got her the water and a straw, not one of the employees helped the lady at all.I ordered a pickle with my sandwich, that I did not get, when I asked for it again, the man in the back had to open the container of pickles, this tells me that is why I did not receive it with my food, he didn’t want to go through the headaches of opening the container since the cold table was not restocked.We also had a cinnamon roll, you would think since they made them in store, they would be fresh, nope, it was hard and cold, the manager gave my husband another one out of the case which was also old, make sure to buy the pre packed ones those are fresh, lolI remember going here with my father as a child, it is now oh so different, not good but different, what a disappointment.

I just had probably the worst Cinnabon center of the roll I’ve ever eaten. Or partially eaten I guess because it literally was ground up old Cinnabon that’s not what Center of the roll has been in my experience before. If they’re delivering such a bad product here, it makes me not want to try any of their other stuff.

Wow, super let down by Schlotzsky's. I had heard so many good things about this place, and after trying it for my first time, I have to wonder why anyone comes here? This place is an expensive version of Arby's. I spent $35 on 2 sandwiches, which were very average. Will not be coming back to try again.

This place was gross. Food was mid and I found a small hair in my sandwich. It was also overpriced and very expensive for some sandwiches. The broccoli cheese soup was filled with extra chunks of cheddar, I love cheese but this was nauseating. With so many better food options in the area, I won’t be coming back here. This place was one and done for me.
